I placed an order online for pick-up. Website and App said this location was open until 10pm. HOWEVER, the doors were locked when I arrived. I knocked on the door (when I drove around the store prior, the entire drive-thru was "turned off" and I did not think that was the drive-thru was an option. They ignored me at the door). They had a pick-up order (mine), obviously, right? Weren't they expecting someone? It wasn't even 930pm yet. RUDE. So I had to get back into my vehicle, look up the number, and call them. The girl that answered told me to go to the drive-thru. She told me they closed at 9pm. Really? I'm pretty sure they said 930pm for the restaurant and web said 10pm for drive thru. They were apparently trying to close early and didn't care about customers. Just ignored me. Lol. When I get to the window, the female employee just hands me the bag and closes/locks the drive-thru window without saying a word. Didn't give me a chance to ask her if i had the desired condiments in the bag. I was so pi$$ed that i just said, YOU'RE WELCOME! Again, REALLY REALLY RUDE. And after all that? The chicken was gross. I didn't spend $7 or $10. I spent $30. Not that the amount spent should matter but the more you waste my money the more upset I become about gross food. It was obviously sitting there a while. I ordered the extra crispy, and that was not what I received. Apparently, they were too lazy and didn't want to make extra crispy, so they gave me a bucket of old regular recipe chicken. I think SOME of it may have been extra crispy, but it was so old and soggy it was hard to tell. LOL! The sides were good. The biscuits were EH. Kinda stale. So, I paid $30 for crappy food that I didn't even want (regular v extra crispy). I'll never go there again. Other than the cole slaw, mashed potatoes, & gravy, (which they don't make), it was all bad. OLD FOOD. And the people there have no manners. I'm going to copy and paste this to the corporate website bc obviously submitting a review does NOTHING for this KFC.
