Came in to do an upgrade on my phone, Amber was the lady that helped me, rite out the gate she tried to sell me the at and t internet air, which is junk, already have tried it, and she still goes back telling me I can try it for 7 days free of charge! I then tell her I'm happy with my xfinity internet, and then I move onto upgrading my phone, I pay the phone off stating that the phone I want is the 25 ultra, she tells me she's got one in the back, pay the phone off and then she comes out and tells me I'm gonna have to order it, and it will be sent to my house! Ok.. if someone purchasing a new phone, don't you think you'd check to make sure you've got something b4 u try to sell it, I've had many interactions with amber, and every time it's been like it's a hassle for her being there to do her job, just plain rude, just my opinion! I went ahead and had the phone shipped to my house, but u guys need to fix this.. been a customer with at and t for years, and would like to see some change if I come back to that store in...
   Read morei don’t normally write reviews but i had a pretty crappy experience here today. they weren’t busy so we went in. we waited a little bit because one of the workers was with someone. she was nice but when the manager came out he was rude. i told him i was trying to get my ipad reset because i couldn’t remember the password, i told him i tried what the apple website suggested which was to hook it up to a laptop with itunes (i learned my mac laptop doesn’t have itunes trying this) and his response was “yeah. it has to be hooked up to a computer with itunes.” rudely then he just stared at me. i said “okay, so do you have that?” and he responded with “no and i don’t have a magic button to erase it.” rude again. i then said “so there’s nothing you can do?” just to make sure, and his response was “i can sell you a new ipad.” rude again. terrible...
   Read moreAs a 15+ year customer of At&T and centennial wireless, I was literally told by the customer service representative from this CORPORATE location that because they upgraded towers in my area and I LOST SERVICE because of their changes, that I would be “better suited with a different provider”. Never mind I have brought 2 customers from other carriers to them, I pay $250+ a month just for cell phone service. They are more willing to tell me to just leave than to help find another solution? I upgrade my devices regularly. I pay for premium data. I have been nothing but loyal. I guess I’ll have to do just that, find another provider and leave this company behind. I guess they won’t miss...
