I ordered online from home, the wait time it gave me was about 15 minutes for 2 foot long roast beef subs with only one or two toppings and no condiments on each and 1 foot long tuna sub with two or three toppings and salt and pepper. I also got 1 cookie and 1 of the foot long cookies. It was about dinnertime when I ordered so I assumed the possibility that it could take just a few minutes longer, so I didn't rush to pick it up. I went to pick it up about 25-30 minutes after I had placed the order, and when I arrived the restaurant appeared to be pretty dead, definitely less busy than I had expected, but when I went in to pick it up I learned that they had only just began to make the order, so I had to stand there another almost 10 minutes before my order was finally ready. The tuna sandwich didn't seem toasted at all, like I had ordered it as, and it was pretty sloppy, but it still tasted good. The employees weren't unfriendly towards me but they also weren't very friendly either. There were no other customers the entire time I was there waiting to pick up my order. Other than feeling like I had to wait a little too long for the order to be complete and the tuna sub seeming a little bit messier than necessary, I feel neutral about this Subway restaurant as it currently stands. The food tasted good and was put together correctly (other than toasting the tuna, but maybe they just didn't toast it long enough or they overlooked where it said toasted because they are human and make mistakes too).    Read moreWent to get subs for my wife and I and ordered on mobile app as I was walking in the store so I could just wait a few and grab the food , when I went in they came to the front and grabbed what I believe to be the meat for the subs and another girl came and got the vinegar and oil and were in a panic it seemed and I asked about my order and one girl said it hasn't came through yet while another from the back chimed in and said yeah we are working on it right now, while I watched one lady make the ladies sandwich up front that was in line when I walked in they took mine to the back to be made for some reason and they also came up and made two drive thru orders up front but mine was made in back for some sketchy reason, when I asked the girl why it was being made in back she was very rude and rolled her eyes as she told me "we have a line in back too" not to mention she took our sandwiches over by the cash register where they handle dirty bills and rolled my sandwiches up ans bagged, I could see if bagging them up right there if they were already wrapped and protected from possible germs, have had issues with this location and general manager Abby over refund (which I still haven't received) even after a personal call from her over a order I never received but they took my money but decided to try them again and this is what I get.    Read moreIt's just a typical subway. Don't expect good customer service. It's a lost art, sadly. You get interrupted constantly & treated like a nuisance. The kids will text & not even care you're there waiting. They dint listen & don't care your order is wrong or right. When they're out of something they don't bother to prep more as if it's to much trouble to do their actual job & tell you it's because they close in an hour so it's pointless to cut up or cook more just to close. If you're open even just for 5 more min you should prepare whatever you have ready for a customer to male a sale. That's how money us made, not by refusing sales and service. Its just ridiculously frustrating how bad customer service is these days & seems like management is allowing it to continuously happen not just here at this subway but in every fast food joint everywhere.
