The Gray Mill — Local services in Logansport

We went to the Gray Mill just to look at some living room furniture. We had the pleasure of meeting Dan. He was so very helpful. He spent most of an afternoon answering questions and showing us so many options. We weren't planning on buying for a couple more months. However, we found a beautiful leather sectional and matching recliner that were perfect. Dan did not pressure us but instead gave us so much information that we could discuss on our own time. We decided over dinner we couldn't pass it up. We went home and measured our area. I took that in the next day. I looked at the furniture again and gave Dan our measurements. He worked out some different layouts and emailed them to me that same day. We decided to proceed with the purchase. I had talked a bit about new window treatments to him. He hooked me up with Molly their interior design specialist. Holy cow. Another fantastic person. I am excited to have her come to the house to help me pick out the perfect window treatments. She is extremely knowledgeable and so kind. I would be remiss if I didn't mention their two delivery men. They were so polite, and so very careful. They removed our old furniture and brought in the new and set it all up for us. Those young men we excellant. I'm not easily impressed but everyone at The Gray Mill were outstanding. I had gone to Indianapolis and looked at the Room Place and Kittles.I was skeptical about the Gray Mill but my husband insisted we go look. I really had no reason to be skeptical, I just didn't expect a small town to have such a dynamic store. I was so wrong. Do your homework but don't waste your time looking elsewhere. My husband and I started planning (and saving) for a major kitchen remodel. January 2022, we finally decided this was the year. So after meeting with a contractor, and figuring out THE PERFECT kitchen for us, I turned to The Gray Mill for flooring and the backsplash. Mollie is amazing at what she does - she gets to know you (your likes and dislikes), and then her magic happens. We found the floor and backsplash that works with the new kitchen. Angela was great when I went to look for a mattress. I was informed that there was a money back guarantee at the time of purchase. However after I had the mattress for a few weeks it was not alleviating my back problems so I called to request a refund and Molly told me that Angela had lied because they only do exchanges, not refunds. So now I'm stuck with a 700 dollar matress that I can't use. Not to mention it took over a month to have the mattress even delivered from the date of purchase. Waste of money...
