Had the absolute worst experience and was made fun of and ridiculed by employees here. Highly dont recommend this location. I'm a room mom for my son's 3rd grade class and pre-ordered a medium size tray of nuggets for their end of year party (in advance. Not same day as pick up) Called the day before to verify I could pick up at 1045, even asked if I needed to go inside to pick up inside and was reassured that drive thru was totally fine. Cut to the day of, I went to pick up order. Arrived at 1035. Finally got to the window at 1050. It was packed. As usual. Was then told to go park and wait. Which if you know this location, parking would be almost impossible to get out of. I said no, I didn't feel comfortable being able to get out of and scared of getting stuck. I had to get to my son's school for their party. I had a whole bunch of 9/10 yr Olds waiting on me. Was told I need to park and wait for order. I asked why? I order in advanced. Even called to double check. Was told they made to order. Ok? I check in at 1035 ....at this point it been almost 20 minutes. I order in advance so they knew to expect me. Was told I need to park and wait because others in the line were being held up? Since when did someone else's order top anyone else's? So were they not ordering nuggets too? And being served them? Because I find it hard to believe none of them ordered nuggets. Was then told if I didn't pull up and park and wait for my order (that was suppse to he picked up at 1045, it was now after 11) that I'd just be refunded and my order canceled. I then said again I need this for my son's class, theyre waiting and depending on me. To which the manager again told me she would just refund if I didn't go wait in the parking lot, in a spot I was uncomfortable being able to reverse and get out of. Then someone magically had my order. To which then these two employee women proceed to make fun of me saying "it's not that serous " "oh look she's getting stuck in the drive thru anyways" and laughing. What customer service is this?!? Since when did an elementary school class order mean less than someone ordering their lunch? And why poke fun of someone not being able to reverse in a certain parking lot? Read moreSooo I visit Chick-fil-A all the time. I have never written a bad review on the company. This location was by far the worst Chick-fil-A I have ever been too. I went inside to place in a order, due to the line not moving at the drive thru. I knew then it was a issue with this location. Went inside stood at the counter with employees looking at me and crowded around the drive thru window and multiple sitting at tables. Still standing there people were behind me waiting as well. I seen a manager come and I had to go ask her can someone take my order. She took my order and I waited a awhile. They forgot to put salad dressing and fries in my bag. Got my fries but and then opened my salad and I received a salad with no toppings which I pictured. I took it back to the counter and asked for the same manager (Shannon). One of the teens said is there something wrong. I said there's nothing on the salad but chicken. She then said I see one tomato and corn on the side. I looked at her and said I don't want it and I want my money back and a new salad. They had to go and find the manager again. At this time my fries were cold. So I wanted new fries. One teen was very polite and helped satisfied my needs. She had to physically go to the back and get someone to remake my salad. Also the people behind me was waiting on there food for awhile and came back to counter multiple times to ask about their food. Read moreI am new to the area and have visited this location a few times, and with each visit the service has been extremely slow. Today I went an ordered a 5 piece nugget and a small strawberry milkshake. I pulled right up to the window to retrieve my food and servers kept passing me to serve vehicles behind me. After a while a gentleman asked my name for the order and said "they were working on it". After a few minutes someone gave me my nuggets and I continued to wait. By this time, vehicles behind me were beeping their horns for me to move but I had not received my full order. A server came to my window and asked what I was waiting for and I told them I still needed my shake. I was again told that it was being worked on. After waiting in line for 20 minutes I was approached again to ask what my order was and ibagain replied that I needed my milkshake. I was told a third time that it was being worked on and was instructed to pull into a parking spot up from. I was a bit agitated at that moment and asked "why do I need to pull in a parking spot for aa milkshake? I see 5 milkshakes in the window". I pulled in the parking spot (so the 12 cars behind me could pass) and I was immediately served the rest of my order with attitude from the server asking why I pulled in the parking spot.
