Worst Your Pie I have ever been to. Seriously upset that I have to even put a 1-star. I've ordered there twice now, both times were curbside orders & both times there were issues. The first time, the order was all kinds of incorrect. Which I can understand that happens sometimes. The second time, which was today, my to go order looks as if it was someone else's leftovers that was given to me. Each order was simply alfredo pasta with chicken & mushrooms. It really can't be any easier and they still can't get it right. Even the pasta was dried up with the smallest amount of alfredo on it. Not only was there issue with the food, but they gave me the wrong drink as well. I had to pour it out, as you can see from the empty cup in the picture. Sad part is I tried to contact them and I had to leave a message instead of speaking to someone. Funny enough, that is what happened the first time my order was messed up. So don't bother calling if you have an issue. I really enjoy Your Pie, however, this will probably the last time I'll ever eat here. Pretty pathetic honestly.

The only reason they get 1 star is because I can't give 0. I'm wondering if they treat all Door Dash customers this way 🤔 We ordered a large pizza.... Pizza (1.) is what we got. I'm pretty sure they looked at the burnt toast before they placed it in the box, because they had to cut the SIX slices. A large $21 pizza should have 8 slices. Then two of them were separated from the others SMH. We called to let them know and showed them pictures. They suggested that we come to the location and bring the pizza/salad with us and they would exchange the pizza and soggy salad. When I got there and told them who I was, the employee that was on the call looked at the pizza and laughed. She then told the cook top fix another (after they told us the pizza would be ready in 10 minute on the phone). They didn't even want to exchange the salad until I complained about it again. So 15 minutes later they look at pizza (2.) laughed and placed it in the box SMH I couldn't do nothing but leave. 🤬 Not too mention they were coming without hair nets.

I come here often and usually don’t have any issues. I have a gluten allergy so I always specify that when ordering online. They prepare my pizza in the back and luckily I haven’t got sick from them. That’s why I keep going back. But today when I ordered my pizza this is what it looked like. I didn’t ask for extra toppings whatsoever. I even asked for it well done on the special instructions. I ordered the classic lineage pizza. I was appalled when I reached my destination and opened the box to find this. The amount of toppings!! The toppings were ice cold. It was inedible. The cheese was not even fully melted. I called and they fixed the situation with no problem. But I wanted to post this because more training might need to be done for employees to know correct procedures and possibly figuring out exactly how long to cook pizzas, especially gluten free pizzas.

This Your Pie compared to the one in Monroe is like night and day. We cane to this one because it was closer to our church when we were there for trunk or treat. I had an email saying kids who came in costume would get a $1.99 combo meal. So we came, kids all decked out. Not only were half the workers not working, but they were just standing around talking and joking with each other. The boy who made our pizzas was not friendly, never smiled, and barely said the minimum words required to get our order. The checkout girl was SITTING in a chair by the register and after she rang up our kids’ pizzas full price, I asked her about the costume discount. She went and got a manager (I guess) but she was not much older looking herself. She said that they weren’t doing that costume discount because the owner “didn’t know how to put in a discount”. So he decided they wouldn’t do it. Ok fine. So we pay full price, disappointed, and go sit down to eat. We needed refills on the sweet tea, so I went to get them but it was empty. We don’t drink soda, so I went to the talking laughing teeny-bopper workers and asked if they had some sweet tea brewing in the back cuz I would wait on it. Their response was “No…we haven’t made any more.” And they acted like they had no intention to brew some for me, the customer, who asked for it. They just stood there twisting their hair while they talked to each other. I was like, ok, and went and got water instead. Pitiful. At the Monroe location, all the staff is so friendly, smile at you, keep the tea filled up, always are at the ready to serve your needs. Y’all need to take some lessons from them. We won’t be back...

If I could give them half a star I would. I placed a pick up order over the phone gave them my name and my order. They said it would be 30min so I waited 45min and then went up there knowing they were going to be packed. It takes 15min to get there. When I got there to pick up my order they weren't busy but were moving extremely slow. The staff were remaking orders that had already been made for customers that weren't even there any more. When I went to go and pay they told me it would be a minute so I said that would be fine and I sat down at the pick up table. After 30 minutes of waiting. One of the employees came out and told me that they hadn't started on my gluten-free pizza and that the crust were frozen and stuck together and they couldn't break them apart and would continue trying. It had now already been an hour now since I placed the order. There was a women who was not in any type of uniform and in gym shorts and a tank top kept walking into the meal prep area and into the back. After after 15 minutes more of waiting I went to up the the counter and told them kindly to just give me a refund. The girl at the counter didn't know what she was doing and to be honest I don't think anyone else did either. If you are going to open a restaurant make sure your employees are ready and are prepared for rush hours or even a basic work day. Total time 1hr 30min. And left...

I have mixed feelings because the employees definitely makes a difference in my experience. I found that when going during the day, the place is kept cleaner and food prep is better. The few times I went in the evening, I've seen sauces drop into other sauces, the ingredients on the counters, and you can tell the lack of experience in the employees without the proper leadership being present. Today was the first time my wife and I went during the day and both of pizza were not good. I tasted the flour on the bottom of my pizza, the sauce, cheese and toppings weren't distributed evenly on our pizzas. I had slices with 1 out 3 ingredient on it, and my wife didn't taste done either. I didn't say anything because at this point I'm tired of the lack of experience or training in this place. They were some pleasant and good workers that I've seen here but I don't want to keep hoping I get the right person today thing. I understand everyone isn't going to perform the same but when it's a 50/50 shot of good or bad worker, then that may reflect on leadership, and I can't trust that each employee is being held to the same standard in performance or being held accountable for their lack of efforts. I really hope...
