This Your Pie compared to the one in Monroe is like night and day. We cane to this one because it was closer to our church when we were there for trunk or treat. I had an email saying kids who came in costume would get a $1.99 combo meal. So we came, kids all decked out. Not only were half the workers not working, but they were just standing around talking and joking with each other. The boy who made our pizzas was not friendly, never smiled, and barely said the minimum words required to get our order. The checkout girl was SITTING in a chair by the register and after she rang up our kids’ pizzas full price, I asked her about the costume discount. She went and got a manager (I guess) but she was not much older looking herself. She said that they weren’t doing that costume discount because the owner “didn’t know how to put in a discount”. So he decided they wouldn’t do it. Ok fine. So we pay full price, disappointed, and go sit down to eat. We needed refills on the sweet tea, so I went to get them but it was empty. We don’t drink soda, so I went to the talking laughing teeny-bopper workers and asked if they had some sweet tea brewing in the back cuz I would wait on it. Their response was “No…we haven’t made any more.” And they acted like they had no intention to brew some for me, the customer, who asked for it. They just stood there twisting their hair while they talked to each other. I was like, ok, and went and got water instead. Pitiful. At the Monroe location, all the staff is so friendly, smile at you, keep the tea filled up, always are at the ready to serve your needs. Y’all need to take some lessons from them. We won’t be back...
Read moreIf I could give them half a star I would. I placed a pick up order over the phone gave them my name and my order. They said it would be 30min so I waited 45min and then went up there knowing they were going to be packed. It takes 15min to get there. When I got there to pick up my order they weren't busy but were moving extremely slow. The staff were remaking orders that had already been made for customers that weren't even there any more. When I went to go and pay they told me it would be a minute so I said that would be fine and I sat down at the pick up table. After 30 minutes of waiting. One of the employees came out and told me that they hadn't started on my gluten-free pizza and that the crust were frozen and stuck together and they couldn't break them apart and would continue trying. It had now already been an hour now since I placed the order. There was a women who was not in any type of uniform and in gym shorts and a tank top kept walking into the meal prep area and into the back. After after 15 minutes more of waiting I went to up the the counter and told them kindly to just give me a refund. The girl at the counter didn't know what she was doing and to be honest I don't think anyone else did either. If you are going to open a restaurant make sure your employees are ready and are prepared for rush hours or even a basic work day. Total time 1hr 30min. And left...
Read moreI have mixed feelings because the employees definitely makes a difference in my experience. I found that when going during the day, the place is kept cleaner and food prep is better. The few times I went in the evening, I've seen sauces drop into other sauces, the ingredients on the counters, and you can tell the lack of experience in the employees without the proper leadership being present. Today was the first time my wife and I went during the day and both of pizza were not good. I tasted the flour on the bottom of my pizza, the sauce, cheese and toppings weren't distributed evenly on our pizzas. I had slices with 1 out 3 ingredient on it, and my wife didn't taste done either. I didn't say anything because at this point I'm tired of the lack of experience or training in this place. They were some pleasant and good workers that I've seen here but I don't want to keep hoping I get the right person today thing. I understand everyone isn't going to perform the same but when it's a 50/50 shot of good or bad worker, then that may reflect on leadership, and I can't trust that each employee is being held to the same standard in performance or being held accountable for their lack of efforts. I really hope...
