My first time dining here because I was in the Loganville area was horrible!! The server kept rushing me to order and was very annoyed that I needed time to look at the menu. She was very friendly and talkative with her other tables nearby but would ignore when I tried to get her attention. When I asked someone else for a refill she swooped in and grabbed the cup from the person telling me not to bother anyone else. After we finished our food I decided to treat my kids to pancakes and was told that my order was holding up the line bc I was placing an order for additional food. Which makes no sense if they are putting in orders by in order of being received since the rest of my food already came out and putting more food in should go in order but apparently I was holding everyone else's good up. Then towards the end of our meal she apologized for being aggressive and I was told that this is a "get in and get out" type of place they do NOT want you sitting around taking your time to eat food and enjoy your time with family. So much for their misleading sign "Good food Good friends". I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone especially someone foreign bc she was kind friendly and attentive to all her other clients that were white and American. Terrible atmosphere and terrible staff even the feminine guy seating people was not welcoming at all.

This was our 7th or 8th visit here, but the first time I manged to snag a photo of the food before digging in. We first stumbled upon this place by happenstance on a random Saturday looking for somewhere different to grab breakfast. Good reviews, local, and we'd never heard of it. Perfect combination. Imagine our surprise when we pulled up to what was obviously a former Waffle House, our great Southern Staple, and we walked in to find what was, for all intents and purposes, a knock-off of our beloved yellow and black diner. That is where, however, the similarities ended. Yes, it does present the standard fare for an open air, griddle-fed breakfast experience. But turned up a notch. The staff, Shelly, in particular, are all very accommodating and pleasant. The food is wonderful, and priced fairly. Portions are large (the included photo was for a party of 3, for 50 or so bucks), and of course cooked to order. Personal favorites are the country fried steak and sausage gravy and biscuits. Of note, the gravy is fantastic and has actual sausage in it, a rarity. All in all this is an elevated quick-dining experience in a familiar setting run by down-to-earth people, 10/10 would recommend.

Good service. Food was good. I don't feel it was anything special. The Cinnamon Roll Waffle didn't have anything noticeably Cinnamon Roll about it. I didn't taste any Cinnamon or Brown Sugar. The icing wasn't even right, while good, it was more whipped frosting you'd find on a cake...not a Cinnamon Roll. I am a huge Cinnamon Roll Pancake/Waffle/French Toast foodie and this just wasn't one....or not enough of one to notice it. That said, it wasn't a bad plain waffle, just not what I wanted. Hashbrowns were good also, just average. Nothing to write home about. My sons chocolate chip pancake was thin...not fluffy as the menu states....at all...and he didn't feel it had enough chips. They have a lot of competition though with me, I have eaten breakfast in some amazing places all over.

I ordered food to good Saturday morning. I picked it up on my way to Lawrenceville to do a medical treatment with my fiancé. The cashier was very friendly that checked me out.

By the time I drove over there and we sat down to eat I realized that we received all of his food, however all I had for my meal was the one egg and biscuit and gravy, there was no chicken fried stake for my meal.

I attempted to call all day long until they closed, most of the day it was busy. Finally during the close of the day it would ring but there was not an answer. Unfortunately, due to the medical treatment, there was no way that I could get back to Loganville before they closed on Saturday.

I called back early Sunday morning and was able to get through to someone. The person I spoke to on the phone at that time was not completely rude, but she wasn't that friendly either. I tried to explain to her what happened and why I didn't go over there or talk to someone about it on Saturday. She kept cutting me off and telling me that she is really busy. I told her that I understood that and did not want to take up any more of her time, I would just like to get the item that I was missing, and that I could run up there, provide proof and grab it that morning.

She said she didn't have time for all of that because she was too busy. She said she didn't have time to look into it. I stated again that I understood, and could provide proof, etc., and again I just wanted what I had paid for that was all.

She finally huffed and told me that she would look at it later because she is too busy to deal with it now, she asked my name. I am not sure if she was having a hard time hearing over the phone or really just did not care, but I did have to repeat my name several times to ensure she had the correct name. I also provided her with my phone number. She stated that when she could get around to it she would look into it and call me back.

I was trying to give her the benefit of the doubt, even though she was slightly rude to me, and also tried to understand how busy they were. At 1:30pm when I had not received a call back, I again attempted to call up there a few times with no answer.

It is now Tuesday, and still never received a call back. I feel as if I was understanding, patient and polite with the interaction, even though I did not receive the same back. But again I was trying to take into consideration that they were in fact busy.

Unfortunately, I work during the week when they are open so I am unable to call and/or go over there.

So I basically paid $13-$15 (can't remember the exact price) for one egg and a biscuit with gravy.

While the little bit of food I received, and my fiancé's food was good. I am disappointed in the money that I lost out on and the horrible customer service I received on Sunday. I do not think I was asking for too much to just receive the item I was missing. I wasn't asking for anything more than that.

Because of how I was treated on Sunday, I am not sure that I will ever return back, especially if this is how customers are treated due to an error...

Visited today (this morning) and the service was horrible! A new hostess overlooked me (I felt) for seating and I spoke with her about it. She advised me that the counter seats were available for walk-ins to walk up to, which I did not know. Shortly afterwards a booth became available. I was seated. From nowhere others came to I presume correct her error without advising me their intentions. Basically they were stating I was seated wrong and advising me as a customer of policy (not their employee) as if I seated myself. A waitress came over to ask me to move to the back in another booth with chairs on each side. I refused. Then what looked like a cook came over to do the same...redhead with ponytails that looked like Pippi Longstocking. While we were talking someone again came up .... a gentlemen with a very un-kept and unprofessional look advising he was the manager and he asked me to move .... stating it was policy to leave the area that I was in for two people and another booth was available in the "back". While we conversed a couple came in and went to the booth in the "back" that I was being directed to.... both booths clearly accommodated two people (again with seats on both sides). When he witnessed this he rudely said, "Just forget it", which was pretty much done before they went to the booth and he walked off. I'd decided during these conversations that there was no way that I was going to eat there...as I lost trust. The first waitress with short brunette hair immaturely discussed me with others behind the counter (peering) at me from behind the counter as they spoke. The food was taking a long time...just bacon and eggs (I gathered this was deliberate) but I waited as I had no intentions of eating it when it was delivered to my table. My plan was to allow them to cook the food, bring it to the table and leave with the food untouched. In the meantime while waiting, the initial hostess came over and was overly polite apologizing, explaining that she was new. We spoke a few minutes and her professionalism that was isolated among her peers was very much appreciated. I told her so. I then advised her of my intentions and asked her to cancel the order and I left. I read other reviews where it was stated the management and staff were rude and unprofessional, and I'm adding another verification. As their employee made the error, the professional thing to do was "let it ride", not allow the error to impact the customer or for that matter bring it to the customer's attention and educate and advise your new employee for future reference. Basically give me the customer "service" I deserve as a customer and fix and deal with your employee errors internally. It wasn't like I was going to spend hours there. If you plan to go and are from out of town and don't know this is not the friendly environment that they advertise, basically not knowledgeable..... simply put...

If I could give no stars I would. We’ve been eating at this little restaurant since they opened here in Loganville. Service has always been so so but friendly enough. Tonight however we appeared to be invisible. After our order was taken and food came out, a ticket was placed on our table and we never saw our waitress, Abby, again. We did have a to go order to place so shortly after being served we started trying to get Abby over to our table. I also needed some coffee, but never got that either. She never came after, my husband trying several times, and being ignored, I went to the counter. Where she looked at me and went to “place silverware” on a table(important stuff), instead of seeing what we might need after at least 20 minutes of NO service, no drinks, nothing. Another young lady came and apologized and took our order. Some 25 minutes later we went to pay for our original order and she seemed irritated that we weren’t waiting for the one omelet we had ordered 20 minutes prior. She was incredibly rude and disrespectful. She had plenty of off colored remarks she felt necessary to make to me. And never apologized for the lack of service she gave us. Only complained that she was busy with other customers, but the parking lot was almost empty as were the booths. She is by far the rudest waitress I’ve ever ran across. If one of my employees ever treated a client this way... they’d be out of a job. Customers make your business. I’d go hungry before stepping foot back in there. After several years of visiting this place, we won’t be back and I will be sure to save others that I know or come across the displeasure of being abused by Abby. If guys want to keep your customer base, you don’t need rude, disrespectful young people like her working for you. Loganville is a small town and word...
