Firehouse Subs Loganville — Restaurant in Loganville

Seriously one of the best sub shops. This place is one of the reasons I began doing reviews. Starting from the first step, as you walk in, it smells great, it looks clean, and you are treated with a smile. I have never felt rushed in this place and have always been patiently waited on. I have been here so many times that I have watched a few staff members make mistakes making mine or others sandwiches, and what's impressive is that 100% of the time, it gets remade before its even handed to me. I have even watched my sandwich get tipped over in the bag, and they will make it all over again. The staff behind the counter always seem to have a smile on that can even be seen thru their masks. This is the one place that I can say I have never been in a hurry to leave. And that I am always excited to go back. Ill be taking my son for his birthday meal in the next couple of days and my mouth is already watering. Do your tastebuds a solid and try this place. Ok, so I've been loving. Firehouse Subs a long time. I'm from Jacksonville; they're from Jacksonville. So I was excited to see them open in Loganville. Went in lalll lst night with a friend. We ordered sandwiches to go, which were delicious. However, we also ordered two cups of chili, only because I've had their chili & it was delicious. But, last night the chili we were given was probably the worst chili I've ever tasted. And, it tasted burnt, which, sadly, may have been the best tasting thing about it. Please note that I gave this review 3 stars ONLY because the sandwiches were fantastic; had I only been rating the chili, it would have been 0 or 1 star, whatever is the least possible. One more thing, Firehouse is a little on the expensive side for fast food, but normally is totally worth it, (our sandwiches were $13.25 total for both. Figured i would try out the new hype in loganville. Go in and quickly realized who ever designed the lay out of this store did not think of all variables. Its a cluttering mess with table's and everyone waiting in line making customers sit and talk next to say down eating customers. Then i realise the place is covered in smoke from the pork kind had a burning eye sensation. The vents in here need to be upgraded so its even healthy to be in the place. I order 2 large sandwich which comes up to 24 dollars. 24 dollars for 2 sandwich wich honestly do not even taste good. We ordered the philly cheese steaks plain. Only meat and cheese. One sandwich only had half of it with cheese. The new hype to me was a bomb was not satisfied nor will i order from there again. Did i forget to mention it also took 30 minutes to get the 2 made.
