First impression, it looks great. The decor is stunning, lots of great spots for unique pictures. On the floor they added little “beach” areas where theres sand, stones and shells. Any parent would probably stress about their kids getting into it…I know I would At first customer service was nice, very casual. I wanted to thoroughly look through the menu so I took about 5 minutes to read through everything. I placed an order for 3 drinks total. 1) An Isle of birds under the category of frui-teas for $5.75. I give this drink a 2/5, it tasted more like syrup than mangos, the popping pearls were a nice touch but I couldn’t taste it since the flavor of the syrup tea was so strong, and the mango chunks were pretty hard. I wouldn’t order this one again 2) sweet sand dollar under the category of oddi-teas for $6.50. I give this drink a 3/5. Taro has always been my safe go to drink, but this one tasted very watered down compared to every other place that makes taro beverages. The drink itself was only 2/3 full with ice and boba, and the rest was whipped cream. I wish it had more taro and less whipped cream 3) Kiwi sunset under the category of lemonades for $4.55. This drink was a 4/5. I requested blueberry popping pearls to be added to my order. Without the popping pearls it’s decent lemonade. Except I had a stem in my drink. Total spent was a little over $18 The part that disappointed me was the treatment towards staff members, lack of professionalism, and time management. It took 15 minutes for my order to be completed. As I was waiting, the woman who I assume is the “boss” was rudely telling one of her employees to sweep the store. So he goes to sweep, and after 5 minutes I noticed she was just really aggravated with him as he was doing his job. When he tried to tell her something she just yelled at him “you need to stop yelling at me” as they went back and forth, it was obvious she was picking on him. There was another female employee, who seemed like the bosses sister/best friend that pitched in and it seemed like they were both picking on him. All of this happened in the front where customers can see…and as the boss lady was handing me my drinks…very unpleasant and unprofessional seeing that. Any issues need to be resolved and kept in the back. Customers should not be involved in work drama in any way. And if that lady was a boss, she needs to learn patience. The other employees seemed ok in work attitude, way too casual to the point where it felt like they were having a hangout and forgot that there were customers. from what I could see there was the boss, her friend/sister, and 3 other employees. Hopefully over time whatever drama happens won’t be in front of customers, the time to make drinks isn’t slow, and they step up the customer service.

I absolutely love it here! I was curious, and it took a while to get here because I never come to Loganville, but that may have to change. The environment is amazing too - the decor is so fun, and a fresh breath of air compared to the typical storefront. My favorite part is the lighting panels that make part of the ceiling look like the sky, complete with clouds! I went with my wife and my cousin. I ordered a "build your own" tea (strawberry/peach with tapioca pearls), my wife got a watermelon slush with tapioca pearls, and my cousin got a watermelon slush with coconut jelly. I read in other reviews that the tea is very sweet, and it is, but it's no sweeter than a McDonald's sweet tea, and is much tastier. Just ask for it to be less sweet if you don't like the typical southern tea experience. The boba was well done and had a pleasant texture. I loved it so so much! My wife and cousin also loved their respective slushies, and we all finished them with hopes to go back soon! Service was great and I appreciate the relaxed feel to the environment, and the decor is perfect for photo ops if thats your thing! They emphasize their ability to build your own drink, so I have a suspicion they'll have no problem helping you alter your drink to your tastes! After all, they were very nice. All in all I enjoyed it very much and I hope to be back soon - next time I'll try one of their specialty flavors! UPDATE: Swung by again today for some tea, and I had an ice cream cake in the car. The nice lady behind the counter let us know the tapioca still needed 10 minutes, but she was so sweet and let us keep our cake (for my moms birthday) in their freezer until our drinks could be done! Consider me a Tiki Island fan for life! ❤❤❤ UPDATE 2: The lady from before is now one of my best friends, and I'm here once a week at minimum. Absolutely wonderful place run by wonderful people who I hope stay in my life for many years to come!!! ❤️❤️❤️

*Update* Still Amazing Customer Service! Brian helped us this time. Very nice and patient even though it was closing time. He took his time and made sure my son had something he likes, as this is his first time trying Boba . My daughter got her usual. Like Noah said 5 stars for you Brian! Thank you! New Boba Tea shop in the area. Very good customer service! Bri was great at helping my daughter decide her drink. Very personable. The drink was very good as well! So good we have already been back! Nice ambiance with plenty area to relax and catch up. Love the sign on the bathroom door! Maybe add some wax burners or incense because the smell from the other establishment is a bit much. Otherwise, great place! 😊

I've been dying to have a bubble place near me that wasn't forever away. I went in with suspicions and left very satisfied. I'm a person who doesn't normally like to try new things, but Tiki might make a change in me.

The first time I went, I got the Caribbean isle cake. It tasted just like a pineapple upside down cake and even had an actual cherry inside. The tapioca pearls were just the right amount of chewy, and at the end, I wasn't left with an absurd amount of pearls or tea. Usually, I have a lot of tea with no pearls or pearls and no tea at other places.

The staff was very friendly, and I even carried a nice conversation with the person on the register the second time I went. They also seem just generally like nice people.

So far, I've tried The Black Pearl, The Caribbean Isle Cake, and the Sand Dollar, and I've yet to be disappointed. Which for me is great, because I usually just order one thing over and over again, so I'm glad I get to be more adventurous. The tapioca pearls are a big sell point for me, and they've been made perfect every time. Will be coming before school every day if I...
