If you're in the mood for a refreshing treat that's perfect for a hot day, look no further than Pelicans, the snow cone establishment that's been taking the world by storm! This place is a true gem, and I can't recommend it highly enough.
First of all, the variety of flavors they offer is truly impressive. From classic flavors like cherry and grape to more exotic options like peach and blue raspberry, there's something here for everyone. And if you're feeling particularly adventurous, they even offer some unique flavor combinations that you won't find anywhere else.
But what really sets Pelicans apart is the quality of their product. The ice is finely shaved and incredibly soft, which makes for a truly enjoyable eating experience. And the syrups are made with high-quality ingredients, which gives each flavor a delicious, authentic taste that you won't find in other snow cone establishments.
Of course, it's not just the snow cones that make Pelicans such a great spot. The atmosphere is laid-back and welcoming, with friendly staff who are always happy to help you choose the perfect flavor. And the prices are more than fair, especially given the quality of the product.
Overall, if you're looking for a fun, delicious, and refreshing treat, I can't recommend Pelicans enough. Whether you're a longtime snow cone lover or just looking for something new to try, this place is sure to impress. So go ahead and give it a try – you won't be...
Read moreIf you're anywhere near Pelican’s Snoballs and not stopping in, you are seriously missing out on one of life’s greatest pleasures. I came in expecting a quick treat and left a full-blown evangelist for this place. Let’s start with the mint chocolate chip ice cream cone—HOLY WOW. This wasn’t just good, it was a cold, creamy miracle in a cone. The mint was fresh and bold, the chocolate chips were perfectly balanced, and the texture was so smooth it practically levitated. I’ve had mint chip my whole life—this one? It raised the bar. Forever.
And then… the banana Snoball. I was skeptical—banana-flavored things can be hit or miss—but this was a bullseye. Sweet, tropical, and perfectly nostalgic, like summer vacation in a cup. The ice was shaved to a perfect snow-like fluffiness that melted in your mouth. No crunch, no syrupy mess—just straight-up banana bliss from start to finish.
But wait—let’s talk service. The folks behind the counter were absolute rockstars. Friendly, welcoming, and genuinely happy to be there. You don’t always get that at treat spots, but here? You’re treated like a VIP. No eye rolls. No rushed vibe. Just smiles, great vibes, and awesome recommendations.
Bottom line? This place delivers on every level. The flavors are fire, the vibe is chill, and the people are awesome. I’d give Pelican’s Snoballs 50 stars, a standing ovation, and a slow clap in the parking lot if I could. It’s that good....
Read moreThis is definitely in my kiddo and my top three favorite places in Gwinnett county. We live in Lawrenceville and happily make the 20-30 min drive here at least twice a week. The flavors are endless, the taste is phenomenal, and the ice is so this is dissipates on your tounge. None of that churchy ice chunks like almost all snowball stands. I've not tasted a better snowball in my 37 yrs of life. Their specialty snowballs are so creative. My top three are the butter beer (for my Potter heads), apple and Carmel, and the red velvet which is the only one my parents will get when they come from MS. The orange blossom is also very delicious and it's STUFFED with orange creamsicle ice cream 😋. Bottom line is they should open a location in MS so I can enjoy them...
