I didn’t do a review the first time this happened but have no choice this time. It obviously wasn’t a one time thing. The first time I had an issue, I had placed an on line order. I went to the restaurant 10 minutes later than the time they said it would be ready. I told the girl at register what I was there for. She looked in her computer and said it’s being made. One lady stepped up to the counter to order and the girl asked for her name. She gave her name and then the girl said it was being made. The woman then told the girl that she hadn’t ordered yet. After over an hour in the restaurant waiting and hearing person after person ask about their orders a man from the back came up to check on orders. When he got to me he pulled out pizza that had been sitting in the warmers when I got there. I refused to take those because they were so old. He had them remade so I had to wait another 25 minutes. Then when I got them home they were the wrong toppings. Then a couple of weeks later my sister ran to the store. She ordered pizza from little ceasars before doing her grocery shopping. After shopping she went back and pizza wasn’t ready. She waited a while longer and still nothing. I suggested she cancel that and go to the place next door for wings and fries. She went next door, ordered and received the order. She then went back to little Caesar’s and there still was no pizza. Whenever someone asked about their orders they couldn’t give good answers. My sister finally just walked out without her pizza. She didn’t even attempt a refund because she could tell from what had been going on that it wasn’t worth the aggravation. We will NEVER step foot back in that restaurant nor will we refer anyone to them. That is by far the worst run business...
Read moreWe will come grab a quick pizza when we need it, typically by online orders. This review will combine the past 5 visits, every visit the food is little Caesars quality, not terrible, not pizza hut or your pie next door, no complaints typically on food. There was one trip where we ordered the pretzel pizza and got a regular pizza with extra salt on the crust and the time before that the pretzel pizza we got had gone bad (probably the sauce). However the biggest issue we have with this location is the employees, the service (or lack there of) and how long it takes, even after online ordering and coming in within that window. When you walk in be prepared to wait for a good 10 mins if you need to speak someone, be prepared for the online portal area to be broken and then waiting again for 10 more mins. The "quick and ready" is not part of this location's motto. There are typically 4 employees there, you can see one making the pizza while watching her show (sometimes too enthralled with the show to continue making pizza), another employee (I believe may be the manager??) who boxes the pizza, she works but REFUSES to look at the lobby, even when she takes a break to check her cell phone, there are typically two employees in the way back (the two I've only actually seen working like crazy) and then sometimes another lady if it's shift change but she seemed way too out of it to really be of any help.
So overall, if you order your pizza, run to Publix, have a few more minutes to wait, then the food isn't terrible but don't be expecting a quick and friendly welcome when...
Read moreI will NEVER ever buy pizza from this place EVER again. First of all I wish I had looked at the reviews. I ordered a pizza on the Little Caesars app and when I got home the pizza was raw. The dough was sticking to my hand and it wasn't even hot, so I'm wondering if they even attempted to cook it the recommended time. I called the store to complain about it and the young person on the phone asked me if I ordered it WELL DONE. I said I ordered a pizza and it should be cooked. They said that they will make another one but a few minutes later I received a call from the manager and he said that I have to return the pizza that I have and that his employee said that the pizza was not raw or doughy. I said sure, I'll bring it back and I have no reason to lie about a raw pizza. I returned the pizza and my husband went into the store with me. We instantly notice that NO ONE wears a mask. It's also a shame that they don't believe the customer. What do I have gain by saying that my pizza is raw? Who wants to get back on 78 with the traffic that we have. I'm going back to Marco's, Domino's and I might even go back to Pizza Hut because their prices are looking a lot better these days. If I gave a customer a raw product that should be cooked, I would have given them a credit or at least offered something for the inconvenience of driving back to the store, but this store has poor customer service. I only wish I would have taken a picture of the doughy mess before I returned it...
