My family was in town for the holidays and we wanted to end it with a bang! We had a party of 14 (8 kids, 6 adults). It was extremely busy tonight, I guess being that the kids were out of school... we had to wait 45 minutes for our table... Which wasn't the bad part... we just had the kids play in the arcade. What actually made our experience horrible tonight was the service that we received from our hostess, Forever!!!!!!!! We were a few sets into our game (3 to be exact) when the kids brought it to our attention that they were hungry, so my niece and I walked over to the food stand to order food. We found out that we were suppossed to order with the person who was covering our area, Forever (you would think that she would have came over before then to see if we had wanted to get anything... smh)! We began placing our order with Forever and it was a big order, since we had 14 people in our party, and we told her that. As we were telling her our order I asked her how many the people does the pizza feed and how many wings were in an order (to figure out how many we needed). She never answered my question and instead pointed to the menu which also didn't answer my questions. I had to walk away to get my self together because I was getting a little annoyed... I went back over to Forever the other adults in my party a few minutes later and just placed our order, 3 pizzas, 3 orders of wings, 2 orders of fries, and 3 pitchers of drinks. Forever brought the drinks out and one of them was the wrong drink, so I had to look for her and I told her that the drink was wrong and she just stared at me and shook her head (never saying anything)... now I'm beginning to think that she doesn't know how to talk! She eventually brought out the right drink and she first brought out two pizzas... I was about to go look for her again but she came a few minutes later with other pizza and wings (she began placing the food near the table that the kids were at and we asked her if she could bring the items to the other table, closer to the adults. Once again she gave us the deer stuck in the headlights stare... She reluctantly did as we asked) the food came out and she only brought out about 6 or 7 plates... making us have to go get more plates (now I'm thinking that she doesn't know how to count as well)... We noticed that the fries weren't out yet but I didn't want to be jumpy... So we waited a few more minutes to see if she would bring them out... when we had the food for about 10 minutes and we realized that the fries were never going to come out ( which we specially order for my nephew, because he does not eat meat or pizza, so now he was forced to eat the carrots and celery from the wings platter). My niece and I had to once again hunt Forever down, and she had a suprised look on her face when we inquired about the fries... At this point I was through, so I stopped and began talking to a manager that was walking by, and explained the displeasure we were experiencing with Forever's service... ( Not friendly/ welcoming demeanor, refused to talk, wrong drink, not enough plates and now the missing fries...) Forever came over explaining that it was busy ( She miracously learned how to talk!) and bucked at me (never apologizing for her mistake, and if saying deal with it) so I had to let her know that I was through with talking to her and I was talking to the manager. Forever began going off and the manager had to tell her to go... The manager swore up and down that she is always good... I had to let her know that yes, that may normally be the case but it definitely was not the case tonight, obviously (or I would not be here talking to you)! Everything else was great about the place but Forever's service left a bad taste in our mouths! Again, if I could give zero stars I would... google this needs to be an option, sometimes 1 star...

Paid for the three of us to bowl 2 games a piece. While bowling we ordered food. Service was good. After eating and bowing my children and I purchased game tokens and began to play the games. At that time the waitress came over and handed me the bill holder with the check. I gave her my card and she walked away only to return a few minutes later asking me if I gave her the card again. After I told her that I specifically remember handing her the bill holder with my card in it right in front of her she left again. Less than 1 min later a police officer approaches me and my children and proceeds to accuse me of not being able to pay for my bill. He tells me I have to come up with some other way to pay before I leave. He says a lot more but you get the gist. I tell him I would like to speak with a manger bc at this point they are assuming I never gave the server my card. I asked the manager to have the server back track and make sure she did not toss my card in the trash and I also asked him to check video. After waiting a few minutes and seeing them do absolutely nothing I went back to the front desk area. The same police officer approaches me and immediately says, “you shouldn’t go out places if you don’t plan to pay for what you get”. I ignore him bc at this point he obviously is trying to get a rise out of me. I see the manager I give him my number, I explain to him how dissatisfied I was with the tone of questioning coming from the officer and how this whole thing was handled over all. He asks me to come back in the morning bc the owner will be there to review the video footage. The next morning I call my bank and cancel my card bc I discover there were fraudulent purchases made. I returned to stars and strikes, filed a police report and will probably never return to that location again in life. What bothers me the most about that night was, had they actually tried to find the card initially and not accuse me of trying to skip out on a meal this review would have included 3 extra stars. In his rush his drinks were sloppy and the shots were not measured and his pours were short. ( I've had two restaurants. I know) gave up waiting and went back cause it was my turn. Tried a second time to order drinks through the lady serving our lanes. The gin and tonic for me was weak and had no lime even when I had verbally specified the lime. They didn't know what a cider was. And my sister's friend's vodka cran tasted only of cranberry juice. I thought to leave it alone with my drink but that my guest had complained of his. I took a sip of his after he had taken two to confirm his complaint. Took the drink back to the server told her it was weak and about my observation of the barman previous. She rolled her eyes in frustration not at me but at the complaint stating she "gets that complaint a lot". Asked if she could have him remake it using a lip for a proper shot. 20 minutes later as we are finishing up our last game about to leave still no drink. Went and found her asked if she could just take it off the bill. She would have to get the manager to do it. Comes back saying the manager on duty of not just the bar but the whole facility won't do it. I asked to speak with him. I explain the whole story as stated above. His response unsympathetic and stone faced, "we don't take drinks off tabs". Along with many other excuses "if I had watched him pour it I could have asked for a proper pour but as I didn't see it..." "cannot be taken off once it's brought to the table". All ridiculous "policies" I've never known any establishment to have and I've been in food and beverage for 17 years. My final question to him was "so you're willing to get a bad review over one drink?" To which he replied "yes". Thank you Manager Jacob G. I hope your superiors read this and correct your thinking on "policy" at the sacrifice of business. The server was very apologetic to the whole situation. Knowing it wasn't her fault and out of her hands I still gave...
