My son and I were entering the store to pick up an order we had ordered online. A worker who was obviously off the clock because she had all of her belongings with her decided to physically block my son from entering the store! Now let me be clear my son has a medical condition and cannot wear a mask! I tried to tell this lady that and she just wanted to act stupid. So I asked the other lady working the cashier for that lady‘s name and she refused to give it to me. So I spoke to the manager (Brittney) now… Brittney either has no customer service skills or no personality. (Maybe both). Brittney didn’t apologize, Didn’t say she would look into the matter, Or didn’t say she would at least report it. So she did absolutely nothing. I went on to tell Brittney but if the lady would’ve asked for his paperwork I would’ve gladly brought it in from the glove box. I understand that wearing a mask is a very touchy subject but you cannot ever physically block or tell a child something ever. Especially in the manner as she did. People really need to stop acting crazy over mask! Be polite don’t jump to conclusions and think it’s OK to start yelling to put on a mask! People have conditions as to which other people have no idea about. I believe the woman who blocked my son from entering name was Christina. But I could be wrong.. both women were extremely rude. If you’re unhappy working at Little Caesars then get a different job especially one not in...
Read moreTerrible quality and terrible customer service. Got two pizzas with crust like cardboard and cheese like rubber. The people at the counter refused to do anything about it even though we brought the pizzas back. I understand they can't resell the pizza, but we couldn't eat it either. Why should we have to pay for something inedible?
They said it was due to being left in the car for an hour, but I'm not sure how they came to that conclusion. They must hire failed forensic experts at this location if they're able to identify where the pizza was and for how long just by looking at it.
It didn't sit in a car for an hour, it sat on a counter for maybe 30 minutes before we opened it. There's no way the crust deflated and hardened into cardboard in that time, it was just poorly made and overcooked. We left the pizza there because there's no way we were going to eat it and didn't get any sort of compensation for it.
This isn't to bash Little Caesars at all because I've had good pizza from other locations; this one is just...
Read moreI walked inside this restaurant on a Wednesday evening because I was hungry and yearning for a Pretzel Crust Pizza also, because I wanted something to eat while I listened to my Anaheim Ducks playing hockey on the radio. I ordered a Pretzel Crust Pizza fresh out the oven and the girl who took my order said it would take fifteen to twenty minutes for it to be ready. I said "That's okay I'll wait." and paid with my debit card. Me being my forgetful self I forgot to add a Cheezy Jalapeño dip to my order so I can dip my pretzel crust in. She gave it to me for free which was very kind and generous of her to do so she honestly didn't have to. My pizza came out and was piping hot and was scrum dum delicious! I throughly enjoyed every slice of pizza. I will definitely come back here again if I'm in the mood for another yummy pizza from...
