Jasper's — Restaurant in Lompoc

I went to Jaspers for my birthday to try and get my very first birthday shot. Last year i turned 21 and didnt know you're supposed to get a free shot if you go in the bar for your birthday. I turned 22 on August 21, 2022. I went in. Asked for my birthday shot they asked what i like and i said whiskey. Yada yada i drank it and i was going to go back to where my boyfriend was waiting which was outside watching the bike i used to get there. This isn't about the bar atmosphere etc. The bartender last night was completely ignoring us. On her phone at end of the bar and pretty much at the end of the bar with her friends. Sat and waited 20 minutes after I ordered my drink and she looked up down the bar at us and went back to socializing with her friends. The bar was semi crowded. Common. I have seen Jasper's go through many little renovations over the years, but they have done some big ones recently and I have to say the place looks just marvelous. Back patio has a heater for those cold nights and speakers set to a lower volume so people can socialize without going deaf. They've cleaned up the inside and taken down the dividing wall which really opens it up. They have even installed a DJ both. They still have one of those electronic jute boxes that costs too much though. All in all, it really is...
