Toro Loco — Restaurant in Lompoc

I eat at this reastraunt often Monday night my husbands chimichanga was burnt Monday our whole order was soggy & cold &$32dollar order called spoke to manager he gave us credit for Mondays dinner tonight tried again found a long hair mixed in the meat of my tacos I actually had the hair in my mouth pulled it out laid it in lid of container called to let them know my hair is short and red this was long & brown. Girl from front counter was in kitchen helping out she lied said she had never been in the kitchen I have my daughter as a witness asked for managers name & phone number she told me I had no right to complain to her manager it is my right as a paying customer if this is not resolved with management then I will go to the better business bureau & health department 3 times in one week is to much then she told me she hoped my meal was OK kind of makes me wonder if...

A few weeks ago we ordered 6 crispy tacos to go 2of them had no chicken none at all in them we let it pass yesterday our chicken tacos had some kind of chicken with a crust or batter and they were all distorted shells one time we ordered a lg refried bean side the 10.00 size and they were burnt It always seems to be when it’s a to go order We always order at least 6 or more tacos Your food most of the time is delicious which is why we don’t want to stop coming there but I think one more disappointment and we will stop We also have not complained to our friends but we will if it happens again This has all happened in one month’s time we live by R st so we are a little ways from you and we are older so we do not want to jump in the car and come back I hope you will check your quality control a little more often We really like your food and do not want to stop...

As a revision to a previous review, I'd have to say that the dining experience at Taco Loco has progressively declined in recent months. The first few times the service was fast, friendly, and the food quality was up there for a Mexican Dive. Recently however, the service has slowed down and even food quality is now inconsistent. Today's experience was a testimony to their decline: We waited over a half hour before the lady communicated that they hadn't even started preparing the food. Consequently, we ran out of time and had to leave without eating. There are plenty of Mexican options in Lompoc to have to put up with this. ...
