I'm not sure how orders can constantly be wrong when this is the only thing that these people have to do at this place. I am allergic to pickles so I have to request my burgers without this item. When getting home, it never fails that there are pickles in my food even when the ticket specifically states "no pickles". My husband brought home dinner tonight & yet again, there were pickles on my burger & the ticket said "no pickles". How hard is this to get right? He called & spoke to the Manager & explained the situation to her. She seemed very unsure of what to do but did apologize & said she would talk to the crew about this. Did she offer a replacement for the item I was not able to eat? NO! Did she offer a credit for the next meal? NO! So, tonight I ate french fries with a soda while my husband had to eat my burger. What do we pay for if we can't get what we ordered? How hard is it to read the orders? There really is no excuse for this error. I only use drive threw. for the last few years it never fails but an item is Always missing 80% of the time. and annoying to have to call or go back then prove you didnt get your complete order. I understand that some people try to manipulate staff to get free food. early December 2020 the order was 2 big breakfasts 2 drinks. we got 2 of everything eating utensils packets,syrup,drinks etc.. but the 2nd platter was missing.. it was not possible to to retrieve the send platter at the managers convenience.. again another missing product paid for.
