My father passed away recently and I’ll I wanted to do was fix his old chain so I could wear it to his funeral. They told me it’s take a mont and a half at most for it to come back. Almost 4 MONTHS LATER, they finally contact me to tell me it has arrived. Even after calling multiple times before trying to see what’s going on. All they could tell me is it should be in next week. I called the next week and it was the same thing. This repeats a third time and after that I just gave up even calling. Figured they’d contact me when it actually does arrive. They finally reach out and tell me it’s ready to be picked up. I go the next day to pick up my dads chain, and notice right out the gate something is off. The kinks are still in the chain, and I make it pretty obvious I’m not happy with the results. She offers to send it back to where ever it is they send all there jewelry, on my dime. I ask more questions of concern and she doesn’t seem to feel theirs any real issue. As a obviously unhappy customer she doesn’t offer anything except the bill to me of $176. Very friendly staff. Answered all of my questions happily about having my ring cleaned. At an unbelievable price. It costs $5 to have my ring buffed and cleaned. The lady was even happy to explain that it would be best for me if I brought the ring in on a day that I had to run errands, so the ring would be done by the time I was finished.

However! When I got my ring back, it wasn’t cleaned at all! I got no explanation as to why it wasn’t clean, even when they said they cleaned it TWICE. Then they said they wouldn’t charge me for the cleanings... it wasn’t cleaned at all! Very disappointed for this waste of time.
