I placed an order for pick up for the next business day and prepaid over the phone. The person, a young kid, very nice, who took my initial order had to place me on hold several times to ask his boss how to complete a prepaid over the phone order. Finally, we were all set. The day of my pick up order, I called to verify the time and type of pizza I ordered the day prior and got an extremely and unprofessional lady on the phone. Very nasty indeed. Quickly she informed me I had no order and it was completely voided/cancelled out the day prior. Upon hearing this, anyone would not be so happy. I asked what happened and she explained the kid who took my order timed it out at the end of the day because he must’ve thought I was picking it up that night and forgot I said I was picking it up the next business day. No apologies, nothing. I explained that if I did not call to check in on my order just now and went in later in the day to pick up my prepaid scheduled order to only find out that it does not exist, I would not be a very happy customer at all, therefore, I requested what Dominos could do for this inconvenience. The next thing I know she tells me “Oh we aren’t doing anything for you and if you don’t stop being rude to me I will not place a new order at all for you.” Unreal. Long story short, we placed a second order and I successfully was able to pick up my pizza. Will be taking my business elsewhere and be happy to share this extremely unprofessional customer service experience with all my friends and family to not waste their time with a place like this. Word of advice for this horrible lady who answers the phone, if you don’t know how to treat customers the way you would want to be treated I suggest you read up on a book called “Etiquette” and learn solid manners since you need them for proper customer service. Read moreHad another disappointing meal from Domino's tonight. Last week we ordered and waited an hour and a half for our meal and it came cold. We did not have to reach out to Domino's before we finished eating they had already sent an email saying that they had messed up and that they were giving us a credit for a medium pizza. Tonight we decided to redeem that credit and order a couple other items. The order came incorrect and with a pasta that was so sad and unable to be eaten. I called and they only wanted to give me a credit for the Parmesan bites that weren't sent and not the pasta. I spoke with the manager, Samantha, again she offered a credit for the Parmesan bites but not the pasta, which she confirmed she made herself.
