I have gone to this establishment before and never had a problem. However today I arrived prior to 11 am. Which is still breakfast time and I was immediately put on hold. The manager then comes out 5 minutes later and flips the menu to lunch. I called to the radio a couple of times no answer. At this point I keep calling as it seems they forgot I was there. 10 minutes pass and all the other cars have gotten their food and I see the worker look at us and then ask "did I put you on hold", I said yes and began to order breakfast. The worker said I am sorry we are no longer selling breakfast in which I informed them that we were there prior to lunch time and she say "oh no because my manager went out to change the sign". I informed them that I saw the manger change the sign as I was there prior to 11 am. And they responded with "well we're still not serving breakfast". So I drove through and they lost my business. And I lost 15 minutes of my morning. I understand being busy as I work in retail however the customer is always right and if you forgot the customer was put on hold you should at least offer some type of compensation for their time. However I received attitude that was uncalled for. I love burger king as they off so many affordable options. Including vegetarian which I am however if you want good customer service I would not recommend this location. If I could give them zero...
Read moreI went in to get my T-Mobile Tuesday FREE Whopper. First the young man said that I needed to wait until they got the email order to get it. Then I explained that its a coupon code that I have for him to enter. After he did so, he requested "authorization" from his shift supervisor even though the machine already displayed FREE WHOPPER. She then took over the transaction and said that it is only valid when you buy a single item from the menu. Even though that machine clearly says FREE WHOPPER after the coupon code was punched in. I didn't want to argue or waste the code for the FREE Whopper, so I purchased a drink along with it. I paid and she gave me my change. SHE DID NOT give me my receipt, nor did she give me my beverage cup that I HAD to buy. And as I'm requesting my cup and filling with my choice drink, I could swear I was hearing her chuckle and laugh with the other employees behind the machines in the kitchen.
This all happened at around 07:00PM - 07:30PM on Tuesday...

I had to wait 30 min for my order and the employee Carla was scratching her butt and ears and when asked by a customer to wash her hands before touching his food since she seems to be itching and scratching. The employee ignored customer and continued to make his order and when he refused to take it and asked for someone else to make his order the employee threw his food on counter...when he asked for manager and asked for the employees name the manager gave the false name of Sarah and when customer left the manager and employees started laughing and joking. While making the following statement "Good luck finding Sarah no one works here by that name".. This is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE AND CORPORATE SHOULD BE AWARE OF THE RUDENESS AND UNPROFESSIONALISM, I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT AND HOPE EVERYONE THAT READS THIS REVIEW WILL AVOID THIS...
