Rent-A-Center — Local services in Long Beach

If I could put 0 stars I would They led us to believe that we have paid for both appliance stove and refrigerator then told us it will be there once the order is shipt to them they would let us know that it would be delivered. They never called and informed us that they had to return the refrigerator because it was damaged and that they refunded our money back. Now they would like to know if we can pay for the stove that we thought we already paid for. This store is unprofessional. We've never received a phone call stating that the appliance they received was damaged and then that they had to return it. We've never received a phone call stating that it was running behind schedule. Never have we received a phone call from them except to pay for something that they gave us. The idea that we already paid for don't rent from here. Everybody has their own opinion about the stores that we shop at, but this isn't my first encounter with this Rent-A-Center and...

My father is on a limited income, and is handicapped, he ordered a surround sound blue-ray player from them, the have yet to hook it up properly and give him all the speakers that goes with the device, the first two weeks he had no remote control to go with it, and here it is close to the end of the month where he cant use the thing to listen to the basketball games he enjoys without the whole system being fully operational. Yet Rent a center will want him to PAY his FULL BILL come JULY......smh...This is sad. He has been a customer with them for a while he just paid off one of the items he rents...

SMDH Tonight the delivery driver delivered a Cal King mattress and apparently it was too heavy because they must have removed the plastic and cardboard box. They dragged it on the ground. The edges of the mattress was dirty black and parts of the middle has circle stains. Don't trust the process. I asked the drivers to take the mattress out of here and they faked as if they were on a phone call trying to reach whoever and next the driver faked like he was going to go to the truck and grab the 2nd delivery person to help remove mattress, however he got in the vehicle...
