Okay, so we seen this place on Google and the pictures had us so excited to try it, but upon arriving, the cashier immediately asked us to please order on the kiosk. So we did. I don't think that this is a good business practice. Because people that have never been there before. Won't know that some of the sandwiches are cold and some of the sandwiches are hot unless they read the paper menu and see the detail. So we made our order, and then we told the cashier. We would like to get the free cup of chowder. As advertised, so we bought one and got 1 free because she forgot to take the 1 we bought off of our receipt. When the food came, it was a bit of a wait, but the sandwiches I must say, were amazing. I got the hot one and my husband got the cold 1. Both of them were Equally good The cold one had a really good taste of dill and a lot of flavor and the warm 1 was very buttery and flavored perfectly. I highly recommend their sandwiches. However, the wait was a bit long and the atmosphere was not a comfortable one, because the cashier was obviously rushed. And obviously frustrated. I think the owner should invest in more people to help cover the front end.So that way, customers can have a better experience and want to return to the place. The guy in the kitchen definitely knew what he was doing and satisfied our bellies. A lot of customers came in and left because they were displeased with immediately walking in the door and trying to look at the menu and being told. Please order on the kiosk. It just comes off as really impatient and really rude. For a first time customer, our chowder came after our sandwiches and came cold. It had a good flavor to it.I bet it would have been better if it was warm. I'm hopeful that the owner will look at his surveillance between eleven forty five p m and twelve thirty, so he can see what i'm talking about and make some...

Lobster guys Long Beach is what you want when it comes to seafood not too expensive, restaurant was clean and lots of variety in their menu, even for the non-seafood eaters. My sister and I came here on Saturday night and although it was busy, we got our food pretty fast. We got several different menu items so that we could try them all. The staff was friendly and the food was absolutely amazing very well seasoned and not skimpy on the lobster at all. We got two rolls: the Connecticut style lobster roll, and the Cajun shrimp role. Both were delish but the BREAD. Omg. So soft and not too buttery or oily. We got the Sweet potato fries, which was probably my least favorite thing, but still weren’t bad. We also got a cup of their clam chowder and this really surprised me. It was so thick and creamy and not too salty with big chunks of fish and oyster. We also got the lobster mac & cheese, which came with a huge serving of lobster on top. They included lots of cheese and you can tell the cheese sauce was Not the artificial crap that they use now nowadays but authentic cheese it was so delicious. And lastly…. The flaming hot lobster fries!!!! OMG these were a stand out dish and I would definitely be back again just for those. Honestly, some of the best fries I’ve ever had topped with freshly grated cheese and hot Cheetos, as well as a huge serving of lobster and a few jalapeños.Everything was made fresh and we were super impressed with the quality of the lobster. Especially at the price point. Thank you so much lobster guys. We will be...
Read moreLobster Guys is the perfect spot to go to if you are craving seafood. They are serving up fresh lobster rolls and delicious food options such as crab, shrimp, and even wings! The manager Tiffany is super nice and approachable. She answered all of my questions about the menu and even let me taste the soups before ordering.
Me and my bf decided on a few menu items to try out. We ordered the following: Connecticut style lobster roll combo with half tater tots, half fries- absolutely delicious! This was one of my favorite rolls. It’s served chilled which is most traditional. The fries and tots were perfect! Maine Style Lobster roll combo with sweet potato fries: This roll is served warm, it could have used more of a sauce. I asked for a side of butter and that elevated it a bit for me. These were honestly the best sweet potato fries I’ve ever had, so good! Cajun Shrimp Roll: the shrimp was fire, lots of flavor. Could have just eaten the shrimp and did without the roll. Lobster Quesadilla: this was surprisingly good! It paired well with the lemon dill sauce it comes with. Lobster Bisque: The flavor was absolutely delicious and it was very creamy. It was a good amount of lobster in them too. Clam Chowder: I loved it! It was very herbaceous and had a lot of clam which I appreciated.
Overall, this a great spot to come for...
