Hostile business. Aggressive staff, unprofessional, and discourtesy waitress on duty. I intensionally chose a Dennys that was not very busy before parking. I had some important work to get done on my computer while traveling and desired some privacy due to the sensitive nature of my work and the comfort level of other patrons who might overhear. When I was to be seated I kindly asked for a particular seat that I scoped out on entry and relayed my need to her. She abruptly said no and attempted to seat me right next to a noisy table. I relocated since this was not a place I felt comfortable. The waitress raised her voice mid restaurant making myself and other patrons alert to her and demanded I move. When I tried to explain again, she cut me off rudely stating the seat was not available until another person arrived, it was a short wait so I told her I did not mind just waiting. I was never offered to wait in the lobby. She aggressively asserted her position telling me I was not allowed to wait. I asked for her and her managers name’s, since I now felt bullied and was honestly shocked at her behavior. She refused to give her name and stormed off, returning later and stating that she called her general manager and that I was required to leave. Upon leaving, I very kindly non Karen, asked for her managers name and number. She said the managers name was Gary Gross, though I believe this to be a fictitious name along with hers Ulga. She turned her name badge backwards so I could not verify this. She then proceeded to tell me she did not know his number, so I calmly asked how she called him to get me kicked out then. Read moreFirst time going there and worst dennys I have eaten. Why? Because it was a group of friends that went and when we first came in they took for ever to sit us down. Mind you this is 1am when we got there. Second we were a bit thirsty and no waitress or busboy came to at least give us drinks ( literally 30 min waiting on him to get us the drinks) then he gave us 3 wrong drinks. We were about to order our food but he then left. Which was very rude. We waited about another 20-25 mins for him to take our orders. Meanwhile as we were seated there was aunts crawling on the table ??? Like really no pest control ? When the waitress finally came to get our orders we told her about the aunts and she ignored it and wiped it with a rag and laughed. She took our orders and then left. It took about 1hr or more forgot how long but for us to get the food, and that was only because we had to get up and talk to the manager about why our food was taking so long if there was hardly any customers ?? The employees were just talking in the back kitchen when I went up to complain. He then said "oh your food is ready " and he followed me and took he food to the table. As we were going to eat some of the food was cold! I was really upset because I knew it had been sitting there and it wasn't even luke warm it was just cold . So we had to get up and tell them to warm it up. Then the pancakes were not cooked right and you can see that it wasn't. But we left there around 4:30am mad and disappointed because of our experience there. I hope that they change and have better service...

They said my order would be ready at 12:33 at 12:35 I walk in as they're packing up an order the tell me it's not my order though so I sit and wait. At 12:51 I ask about my order and the manager Brenda says the bag that's been sitting for over 15 minutes is mine. Since the food was already sitting so long and I still had to drive home I requested a refund because who wants to eat a burger that's been sitting for 30 minutes. The manager says they didn't train her well enough to issue a refund so I have to wait for some other manager that's smarter than her I guess. 2 day wait for the other manager to come in and 3 to 5 business days for the refund to process. So I basically have to wait 7 days for a refund due to their error and I had to take my pregnant girlfriend to work without being able to eat. Not to mention I wasted my precious time and my gas. Worst experience ever, they're a team of incompetent individuals that need to find work elsewhere if working at Denny's is too...
