I love this place because they always have something good. But they get 2 stars because they have horrible managers and employees. They would rather have a line all the way through the store than open more than 1 register. And if they do open a second one, they call people from the line instead of forming 2 lines. But that is only part of the reason they get 2 stars. Something is always broken. Tonight I was told cash only because the credit/debit card machine has been down for 2 days. It wasn't until I had found all of my things that they decided to announce this to everyone in the store over the loud speaker. As I tried to question an employee as to why it was cash only, she just continued to walk away and told me to speak to a manager. 2 days with no machines to be able to use your debit or credit cards??? You would think someone would have contacted corporate and insisted on a hard reset. How hard is it to make a phone call? How much business are you losing? And more importantly, why is there no signage stating this so as not to waste my time running around the store looking for what I needed only to walk out empty handed because I...

I was in there last night. Paid for my purchase with a ten dollar bill. They took my money told me it was fake. Refused to let me take the money to the bank. My friend saw it all. Now I'm involving an attorney. I'm gonna make sure this happens to no one again. I felt humiliated. I will be changing where I shop due to my anxiety and ptsd that I can't trust this store fearing everyone I go I here they will take my money saying it's fake. I haven't been inside a dollar store in many years. The last time I was not impressed due to the no brand products of poor quality. I recently watched the YouTube video that compared a brand product through a comparable product bought at a dollar store, and the dollar store product actually beat out in the name brand product. So, with that, I decided to try again and am really surprised at how the Dollar tree stores have stepped up their product line.
