Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Long Beach

Over an hour to get the pizza in my hands after I made an online order for two pizzas. When I got there my code didn't work and I worked my way to the register where a single cashier was taking orders from three or four people when a co worker came to the front and I ask for help to find my order when he interrupted to say he will help me find my order and then proceeded to finish with the customer he was helping then clocked out. I was like ok this happens people aren't perfect. So I went to talk to the other single cashier who had deal with 7 people then proceeded to tell me they got rid of my pizzas because it was past the time frame for pick up which apparently is barely past 15 minutes which I fine suspicious since I saw several orders stay close to the full hour I was there. There was a poor guy there too that was waiting for 45 minutes as well and kept being told three more minutes and another lady was being lied to about how quick she could get her wings. Quite the experience it would probably help to have more than one person being able to work the register when there are getting close to 10...

When I walked in there were no hot and ready pizzas available, which of course happens no problem I was the first customer there to put in my order for 1 hot and ready pepperoni classic and was told it would be 10min I paid for my order with cashier Daisy V and then after me there were 3 other customers who placed the exact same order. This location employees are Hispanics and The customers that placed their order after me were Hispanics and got their order before I did. I am of mixed race and the service was definitely discrimination and intentional. I called the corporate office and submitted an complaint and suggested anyone who has an complaint about this location...

Clearly there’s no management and the owner of this location isn’t aware of how dysfunctional it operates. Nothing is prepped on downtime hence why there is always a wait of 30 minutes plus here. Pizzas should be ready to be popped in the oven when none are hot n ready, which is all the time at this location. Workers looked confused and don’t communicate with each other. And, I just watched the cashier go to the back, cut and box pepperonis then come back to the cashier and handle money without washing their hands. 0/10. Wont be back here. There needs to...
