Wienerschnitzel — Restaurant in Long Beach

All Wienerschnitzels are not created equally... especially, this one. I was so happy, on a rainy night, to find this fast food restaurant without having to change my route. That happiness quickly turned into anger and frustration. The person who took my order did not repeat it to me. That's not a fatal mistake. I was charged for everything I ordered. However, I did not receive everything I ordered. The bag felt a little light, so before leaving. I thought I should take the time to check my bag. I was missing an all-beef chili dog. I was angry because this location had a lot of employees standing around - uselessly and two cooks working furiously. I would call that inefficiency. Anyway, it was pouring rain when I drove in front of the restaurant. I shouted, "You didn't give me a chili dog." The woman I saw placing my order in the bag said there should have been two chili dogs in the bag." No kidding, Ithought! Is that right? I paid $44.00 for my order and that is correct, I should have had two chili dogs, which were expressly for me. But, there was only one in my bag. This person, I presume was the manager, had the audacity to go back and forth with me and l was standing in the rain! I handed her my paper bag which was getting soaked all the while, along with me and said, then you look at the order. She and one on the cooks looked in the bag together. They opened every box - 6 boxes and fries and didn't see a seventh box which would have been captured on camera. They had not given me two chili dogs. I had no reason to lie. So, on top of all the opened boxes, they placed a chili dog in the wet bag I handed them. Every box they opened remained open. She, the manager, handed the wet, tearing bag to me in the pouring rain. I got back into my car and went home. What a disaster and a mess! I don't know if the food was any good dry or warm. I wasn't afforded that luxury. What I will say is that the service I received was poor and sloppy. I would not recommend this location if the same crew happens to be working or as it were, not working! This used to be a good,...

Customer service is always good and their "all beef" mustard dogs are top of the line. What can I say about their french fries, well they are simply the best amd have been for years and years now. Don't forget the DQ Dairy ice cream (you cannot get better ice cream). Most people don't know about it and the ice creams history, but I remember when going to DQ Dairy Queen was the best place on earth to go for a cheeseburger or an ice cream sundae. And just think you can still get the ice cream at Der Wienerschnitzel. I only wish I could find out where I could buy their hot dogs to have at home. They must have some secret drug in them or some magical ingredient LOL. I did outgrow the regular hot dog after having the all beef one! yeah so today the date is Tuesday March 29th the time is 10:13 I'm going to pick up and apparently I'm standing at the main entrance of the restaurant and for some reason not being I'm Hispanic myself but the black girl that works there with the brace the chubby one and I'm there asking them if they can hand me the the food that's on the counter already set to go and I'm just standing there and they're ignoring me and the windows are open from the little restaurant so this place is very unprofessional and I'm leaving my reviews for that case as well so I'm not going to lie I cursed at them because I was just call them and apparently of yes it's very wrong that I'm there and they're not trying to get me no help at all so this...
