
Anytime my wife and I go on vaction, as we did in Long Beach, we look up to see if theres a Spires near-by. We got hooked on Spires with the one in Fontana ( which as since been sold ). It was across the street from were we'd take our car for service. Since then ( more than 10 years now ) everytime we go, we get the same great food and service at all Spires. Good food,service and even the booth we noticed aren't cramped. I'd put it above Denny's and as good or better than I-Hop and all for less money. Went to I-Hop yesterday and got same breakfast as we'd had at Spires but paid $ 6.00 more at I-Hop. Only complaint is Spires needs to ADVERTISE MORE and expaned instead of closing up restaurants. The waiters are visibly stressed and get a little feisty when questions are asked about the menu. They're forgetful, I asked multiple times for Ranch dressing it took a long time but maybe it's because of the long walk due to COVID patio seating.
