Playground | Cherry Park — Attraction in Long Beach

Positives: there was a variety of playground equipment including two separate play structures. The bathrooms were close and clean. There was a little bit of shade. The chains on the settings were very long and have a nice long arc.

Negatives: Most of the playground is in sun all day, though one of the structures is partially shaded in the morning. There are not a lot of other children who hang out here, so we mostly had it to ourselves. The equipment is older, but not broken.

Other details: sand, swings for big kids and babies, half of the playground is enclosed with a fence...

The playgrounds are decent, wish there was more equipment for kids to play with. Playground is clean. My only concern would be the bathrooms, didnt find any baby changing areas. Not to mention, there was underwear and clothes of the homeless residing there not to mention, theres this rude homeless woman who resides in the bathroom and cussed me out for invading her "territory" . Wont come back...
