I recently visited the Long Beach location. Upon arrival the first greeting was there will be at least a 20 minute wait for all orders. I guess this was an attempt to make me not order or perhaps 🤔 it was simply just to let me know there was a long wait. Great customer service would have been to acknowledge me as a customer 1st for choosing to patronize the business( Welcome to Little Caesars or Thanks for choosing Little Caesars) or simply ask how can I help you today then proceed to tell me about wait times. Nevertheless It truly was no issue to wait because my daughter had a Girl Scout meeting locally. I received the food after approximately 30 minutes but still no complaints. As promised the order was brought to the car and after the employee left I realized I was given no napkins so I then went back in for napkins. I left the store but upon arriving to my destination I bit into the food and felt it was a little undercooked but then grabbed another and was 100 percent sure that it was uncooked dough that was very gummy inside. I proceeded to drive back 20 minutes to the store and I explained to the manager on duty. She showed no remorse yes I was given a refund which was only right since I received something not edible ! I did mention people could get deathly ill for eating undercooked food but there was no acknowledgment of the inconvenience, there was no offer to remake and this was probably the worse customer service recovery ever experienced. I asked for store manager information, district manager information and/ or customer service number and I was directed to website.    Read moreHeard some bad things about this location before I started working there. I was assistant manager for a year at this location and was trying to change it around for the good. This location is always understaffed due to the fact that Ampler pizza LLC, the people who own this location, don't care about their employees, and pay minimum wage with no chances of a raise. For the amount of work that us employees did there, it wasn't worth thdrams. I loved the job with the right ppl in there working with me, and would definitely still be working here if i wasnt terminated. Oh, I was terminated due to the fact of having a firearm on the property and having to pull it out to protect mine and my shift leads life after being threatened to be shot after an altercation where the other party showed up to my job just to cause drama. After giving this company a year of my life and saving them from failing a servsafe inspection, coming in on days off, opening or closing when I wasn't supposed to and cleaning the whole store by myself just to make sure we pass health inspection. I went through the drive thru they didn't have any cheese pizzas ready so they ask me to park outside and they will bring it to me. I grab my receipt and go park.... 20 minutes and nothing! I go inside and had to wait another 5 minutes for someone to talk to me. The poor guy sitting inside waiting for 4 pizzas was already waiting 40 minutes.
