Tonight I walked in to pick up a to go order. Keep in mind, we are currently under a mask mandate and they are required indoors. Supposed to be a $500 fine to the business, but if it isn't true and a way to keep confrontation down, well played. As I was masking up in my car, I saw a man walk in. No mask. Obviously a to go order, he was right back out. But still, no mask. Followed by another male customer. Also no mask. At the door I see yet 2 more male customers inside without masks. I was tempted to say something, but people are crazy about the mask thing, I don't own the business, and I don't expect someone making minimum wage to put themselves at risk. However, I am disappointed with the attitude I get from one particular female. She barely looks at me and doesn’t smile. And she gives that vibe that she wants to get rid of me. And she never says anything other than what I want. But she’ll talk about her schedule with her coworker. The 1 star for Food, Service, Atmosphere are due to the Subway app not accepting a payment card. Apparently, this is an ongoing situation Subway. Is it nationwide or the store? Do you not have a reporting system aka call center to let Subway's tech dept know that your app needs a revamp?
