This place is good if it was not for the service. First off we ordered way in advance and when my husband arrived they said the pup is as were not ready because they hd a big order and did not have time. My husband called an hour early and they even called him back to confirm the order. But somehow when he got there they didn’t have time. This was for lunch at a company which is only 30 min so he didn’t have time to wait for when they get like making the food since he had called with more than an hour notice.

Second I called to speak with someone in charge and the owner insisted that my husband didn’t call with enough time so I told her I have phone records I can show her we did call and they even called and confirmed with him, after telling her this she began to CUSS ME OUT AND CALL ME AN OLD * in Spanish, if she only knew how young I am lol.. anyways save urself the time and find another pupusa place!! I'm super surprised by all the positive customer service review. I walked in and was not once acknowledged by anyone. I may have waited a good 10 minutes when a waitress had no choice but to acknowledged me, since she was using the register. She was cold and lacked any eye contact. I was told food would be ready in 30 minutes, I got there in 35 and I still had to wait an additional 15 minutes. 2 other people walked in, the second person happened to be a man, and he was acknowledged within 5 minutes. I was very disappointed by this, as they weren't that busy on the front end. The pupusas were delicious and the curtido truly lacked flavor. I suppose I shall drive further out for some good pupusas and at least welcoming employees. Saying, hello, we'll be with you as soon as we can, does not take more than a minute...
