04/20/2019 Finally a local Starbucks!! Nice big location, lots of tables & a nice outside area. I order with almond milk & they always get it right. Friendly staff especially Stella!!!

04/15/2022 Again give 5 🤩 stars!! This is an awesome location. I've never had an issue with an order no matter the time of day. Sometimes the wait thru the drive is longer than you want, but I'm disabled so sometimes getting out isn't an option. Yesterday at the Signal Hill location i received my order & my cup was just over half full, I always order with ice on the side as to not water down the coffee, this location my cup was almost overflowing! This will forever be my favorite location ❤️

10/13/2023 Still THE BEST Starbucks in town or around!!! Love this place and the employees who I see on the regular are just so helpful, nice and always have a smile on their faces even when it's crowded & stressful they do their VERY best to help you as fast as HUMANLY possible!!! I've seen customers demanding a refund when their drink isn't ready in two minutes.... if there is lobby full of people, the drive thru is packed & who knows how many people have ordered thru the app, guess what?!! You're gonna have to wait a bit!!! They will tell you when the wait is longer than expected so you can decide if you even want to order but to demand a refund is just making the rest of us patient folks wait longer. Have some compassion for what these employees are doing... It is a madhouse in there sometimes and make every drink with care & love & damn good coffee ☕❣️

05/13/24 AGAIN....this is absolutely THE best Starbucks EEVVEERRRRR!!! Had to "cheat" since I was out of the area and I just want to say the employees at this location are just 5+ stars all day, every day!!! Or maybe they just spoil me, a lot of the staff know me by name & drink!! If that's not 5 star service, IDK what is!! I'm so jaded! I LOVE THIS LOCATION & ITS EMPLOYEES!!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

10/7/2024 around 9:00pm ordered an Apple Crisp Oat chi Latte....was told ok, pull up to the next window.....was presented with an ice drink, I informed the young (girl) with black curly hair and glasses that I have purchased the latte (hot) drink at other starbucks and she repeatedly kept telling me they dont do the apple crips oat drink as a hot drink and instead of offering an alternative or being friendly she decided to argue with me and provide attitude. Finally she asked if I wanted the macchiato, I hesitantly said yes because I knew it would not taste the same and lo and behold the drink didnt have a hint of apple,cinamon nor oat but simply macchiato bitter taste, I was not able to go back since after I took a sip I was already on my way home. This is the same starbucks where the manager with a large beard told me that when ordering a white hot chocolate it should ordered that way (white hot chocolate) instead of (Hot) white chocolate as ordering saying hot first would make it a macchiato.....last time this place gets my business. Just had a very bad experience. The lady working he drive thru was extremely rude with her tone and put a damper on my morning. She was obviously annoyed that we asked if she wouldn’t mind remaking our coffee (since by the looks alone were not made correctly) She yelled at me twice that she couldn’t hear me very rudely. The appropriate way to respond to a customer would be something like, I am sorry mam I cannot hear you. In addition after they were remade, I said, oh thank you so very much these look perfect. She hands them over and doesn’t apologize and or say thank you, just silence. Anyways I will not EVER go to this Starbucks again. By the way the woman working had a rosary on her forearm. I too work in customer service and I pride myself in being kind and helpful (that’s why we are in the industry) I hope this review gets back to the lady who was working and you don’t act that way next time to the next customer.
