Terrible Customer service, rude, disrespectful. Upon entrance an older, heavy set, lady working the front entrance constantly gave me hard time. She is very rude, disrespectful, and lacking customer service skills. She speaks with a very rude and demanding tone. Demanding I do as she says with the placement of my Diamond Sevice Sticker or else she has the managers permission to cancel my monthly membership. Which she canceled immediately with an attitude. However, Ruben is a amazing young man but this lady is not worth my penny. Furthermore, the towel dryer feature does not work on large SUV's and the tire shine feature does not work either, leaving smeared greasy black stains all over my rims, which is very hard to remove after the fact and management do not care at all. They believe removing these features while allowing you to drive through the wash corrects the problem. When I brought these unfunctioning features to their attention, the managers also rudely mentioned that I will be responsible if anything happens to their machines and they are not responsible for my vehicle if the machine ruins my large SUV. Therefore, I respectfully asked for a refund and they will never have to see me, my family, or friends again. All because a lady that works for them complained about the Diamond Membership sticker placement. I told her that you are willing to loose your company $420 a year over a sticker placement and your pride. She angrily rolled her eyes at me and cancelled my Membership instantly! My Real Estate partner who just so happened to be riding through the wash with me said "man, what is her problem as soon as you pulled up she had and attitude with you." Up until recently, I had a monthly subscription and was a long time customer of Lakewood Carwash. On June 27, 2025, as I was vacuuming my vehicle, an employee walked up to me and started saying that I couldn’t vacuum water. I told him that I had not even gone through the car wash yet because I usually like to vacuum first. After the employee was told that I was not vacuuming water and he was able to see that there was no water even dropping from my car, he continued to keep telling what I could and could not do. I asked him to leave me alone and he told me he didn’t have to because he was an employee. Once I got done vacuuming and pulled up to the register to get my membership scanned, he followed me over there and continued to confront me. After I attempted to make a complaint about him, he took pictures of my car and told me that my membership was being canceled. He was very aggressive and he was yelling causing a scene.

The next day I returned and spoke with multiple people and explained to them what happened. I was told that someone would speak with him about what happened but, there was no follow up. I don’t know if anything was actually done about what he did however, I canceled my membership and I encourage anybody else to do so as well. At the time this incident occurred, I had been a customer for about 3 years. There are other carwashes with and without monthly subscription options that value customer service. Labor Day Weekend parties killed me. I was lowkey hungover but was determined to wash my car since I've been putting it off for a couple of weeks. I forgot to take my OHCap hangover pills the night before but thank god I had a bottle laying around in my car. Took these babies and was able to revive for the day.

I've always driven by this place. You can't miss it at night driving down this street because of the bright neon lights from the wash tunnel. There are options for full service, where they wash and vacuum your car, and there were also options for outside wash + vacuum yourself. They had many vacuum stations, but being kind of hungover I went for the full service lol.

I just got the basic car wash + spray wax + tire shine + vacuum package + air freshener combo. It went through the wash tunnel and it took them about 15 mins to dry and vacuum my car. I'm not a stickler for "spotless" as long as they do a pretty good job and it's fast. If I were, the review would probably drop down to a 3 star. All in all, I spent about 20-25 minutes here. It was about $30 for the wash adding in a tip for the dryer/vacuumer guy.
