Wonderful place for Oaxacan cuisine! We have enjoyed 4 meals at Los Papagallos, and have never been disappointed. Everything is very fresh with an extensive menu and attentive service. Potions are large, and all dishes are prepared in the adjacent kitchen, so you can watch the whole process from your table. The only reason for taking away one star is that the ambiance is a bit limited compared to some other places. But I tend to find that the fancier places tend to be overpriced, or seem to put less time and energy into the food. Very authentic delicious Mexican restaurant. If you crave good mole or Al pastor or tamales all were very excellent and good. My taste buds were very satisfied with the flavors. The chips are nice the only thing that was so so was the chip salsa. Tamales de mole very moist and delicious. They have the jarritos, yummy orchata, mexican soda or bottled water.
