Crumbl — Restaurant in Longmont

I had loyalty points which I wanted to use, but I had changed my phone number and it wasn't letting me use the points since I had a different number. I showed the employee the $ in my account. She told me to open a new crumble online account with my new number which I did while waiting. I showed her that the loyalty points are not showing up in the new account since its under the new phone number. I asked is there anything you can do, this is for my child. She said no... only after she spoke to another employee. I asked to speak to the manager but there was no manager. She told me to call the manager the next day or corporate. Its 9pm on a Friday night. I asked her what do you think your manager will tell me. She said , she will tell you to call corporate. WOW. I decided to reach out to a bot via chat with a wait time of hours! I shared my story with the bot and told me that the employees at the store sent me away and had no solution. All of a sudden, a live person comes on and fixes the issue. I order the cookies with the points, they looked surprised, they made me feel like a criminal when all I wanted to do was get my daughter cookies. BTW the chocolate chip was NOT warm as usual and there was chocolate drip on the box which is now all over my jacket. My last time...

3 stars because there's only 2 chocolate options. A chocolate chip cookie and a chocolate brownie. Of course I bought both. The chocolate chip cookie was alright bc it was chewy and had big chocolate chips but it tasted like they use powdered milk or carnation milk to make it, not fresh milk. I could be wrong but I wouldn't order it again. The brownie was pretty good (chewy and rich). I just didn't care for the candy sprinkles on top. Minus the sprinkles, it was delish! I'm a chocolate lover and I was hoping to see something more exotic or creative with chocolate. The other treats were interesting too like a 3 leches brownie and peanut butter cookies. The place looks clean. They sell milk but no coffee so you'd have to get your coffee elsewhere to go with your sweets. Luckily, there's a coffee shop across the parking lot. The pink box they use to put your cookie inside it's cute but if you're buying more than 1 item, it's not convenient to carry the boxes in 1 one hand and still have 1 free hand to open the door so bring a bag bc they don't sell any bags. The concept is cute but inconvenient if you don't have a method to carry out...

Love Crumbl as a business but this location is awful! We ordered a 4 pack online for our Anniversary which coincides with Valentines Day. My husband was there in our pick up window and we did curbside. He waited over 15 minutes and no one came out to the car. There wasnt anyone in at the time of his pick up either. He finally walked in asking the 6 team members who were just chatting between themselves for his cookies. They said sorry but he said they were just inside talking and not even helping other clients.... He got the order and left. The cookies werent even fresh! When he got home we opened the box to find out that the order wasnt even correct. The slip with the cute Anniversary note from me had the correct cookies listed, but the box had the wrong ones... Very disappointing as this isnt the first time at this location these problems occurred. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on as I've given this location...
