The items that this place has are awesome, however, the customer service and management skills here are below what the average person spending money would expect. The older female manager, maybe was having a bad day, but something tells me she is always this unpleasant! I spent $300 and asked for her to hold five items. Not only did she give me a huge problem but I hadn't even walked away from the counter and could hear her talking about me in a extremely unprofessional and unpleasant way. She told me to not over shop and that she wasn't a babysitter and that I should grow up and act like an adult because nowhere will hold items for me. That was just one of the things she said, which if I might add, every store I've ever shopped at has no problem holding my items for me if I come back and get them. Sometimes you forget some cash sometimes the check doesn't clear sometimes your card doesn't go through those reasons but the attitude and the customer service of that lady.. I will never go back to that location. I will drive all the way to Thornton or Fort Collins and I will go there. Burlington you really need to get it together and hire more quality people because all the employees there with the exception of the gal who checked me out were rude as hell and lacked every basic customer service skill that there is to have. I asked associate Nadine if she could open them, but after speaking with Sofia, I overheard them discussing what excuse to give me. Nadine told me the manager left with the key, so I had to leave the clothes behind. At checkout, Sofia rang one item but was unfriendly and didnāt ask if I was a rewards member.
On 9/26/25, I went to checkout and the bell rang for a cashier. No one acknowledged me until another cashier pointed me to Nadine. She did not greet me, ask if I was a rewards member, or acknowledge me during the transaction. Instead, she was laughing and joking with another associate the entire time. When my receipt printed, she didnāt notice for about 1.5 minutes because she was distracted. She finally handed it to me without a single word.
Outside the store I noticed a strong smell of marijuana, and Nadineās behaviorāconstant laughing, lack of focus, and ignoring customersāsuggested she may have been under the influence.
