We were disappointed. We were there for brunch, meeting a friend. We'd looked at the menu online and were excited to finally try this place. First, the service was slow. Even given a potentially short staff, our waitperson was not attentive. And they weren't very busy. Long spaces between visits. But more disappointing was the food. I ordered the Blue Agave Garden. I will attach a picture. The description says a bed of spinach. Look at the picture. Do you see ANY spinach? It was eggs on top of peppers and onions with some avocado slices. I ordered this for the "garden," especially the spinach, and got none, unless you count a couple of tiny leaves that I couldn't identify. It was more like an egg fajita. Not what I thought I was ordering. My husband had a chimichanga and was, likewise, disappointed. It wasn't crispy. Just OK. The friend we took out had Huevos Rancheros. She didn't say much about it, she was most disappointed in the service. We'd seen a lot of cars outside when we'd passed this place, so we thought it would be great. Maybe they were having a bad day. But we probably won't be back.

Okay, we are eating and I'm posting on the heels of a big storm that just hit Denver and the outlying area. We headed to Longmont to eat elsewhere, but many spot were closed due to the weather. We have passed this place a couple of times. My wife said, "Let's check it out" I noticed the layout was similar to an Applebees; bar in the center, seating to the outside. The place was fully staffed and there were more than a few people eating. We had great and attentive service. What was a bit disappointing were the portions. We started with guacamole, which we always do. It was rather small. We were three, so this was really not enough. Oh well. We were excited to order a dish made for 4. A combo platter with beef, chicken, pork, and bacon wrapped shrimp. Problem was, it just didn't seem to be enough. The price-point was not cheap, $56. The taste was good, presentation, good, but we were just wanting more. We wanted a better value for the money. We'll have to try another time to see if this is the norm, or just a one off. I think this is a good spot to try. Con provecho!

The food is very bland and margaritas didn’t have hardly any tequila and the prices are too high for the poor quality. The salsa was bland no spice at all.I ordered the Chile verde and it was bland and had no kick to it and all and the pork was very dry, the only thing that was good about my the plate was my refried beans the Spanish rice tasted like hose water. This place isn’t worth the money at all. The only thing positive I can say is that my server was very attentive

This was a mediocre experience. We arrived at 7 p.m. on Monday night. There were 20 people or less in the restaurant at this time. We were undecided about which margarita we wanted so she said she would get water for us and come back. She sat with the other servers chatting for 10 minutes before she returned with the water and to get our order. We asked for more salsa which we never got nor was acknowledged that we asked for more. I asked for salt on my marg... didnt get it. My friend ordered a combo with one taco and chili relleno but got a enchilada plate with 2 enchiladas plus the chili rellano, charged extra $4. Veggie enchiladas were good but chili relleno was too greasy. She never came to check on us or refill our water. My taco pastor was the most bland and unimpressive I have probably ever had. Food was okay overall. After each of the 4 total visits to the table, she would return to the other servers to visit and we would wait...and wait. I would not return here since there are other options...
