Tonight at 9 PM, I ordered through the Taco Bell app, and my experience was far from satisfactory. I ordered four soft shell potato tacos with extra sauce, two crunchy Cantina chicken tacos, and two hard shell tacos. When my order arrived, it was missing the two Cantina chicken tacos, and instead, I received a random soft shell chicken taco with purple cabbage. The most egregious issue was with the potato tacos. The potatoes were rock solid—literally inedible. Knocking them on the table sounded like hitting a rock. They were so hard I couldn’t even bite through them, leaving me to wonder if they were overcooked or just extremely old and refried. Additionally, none of the extra sauce or sides I ordered were included. I contacted DoorDash first, only to be redirected to the Taco Bell store since the payment was made through them. After calling the store five times, an employee finally picked up, responding with a brusque “what do you need?” rather than a proper greeting. As I tried to explain my situation, the employee started talking to his coworkers in Spanish about missing trays of meat and other issues, completely ignoring me, assuming I couldn’t understand. When I interjected to ensure he was still on the line, he responded rudely and dismissively, telling me, “it’s not my problem, I can’t help, call DoorDash.” Since he hadn’t even listened to me the first time, I had to explain myself again, and he realized that DoorDash wouldn’t be able to help. He then said, “oh, you did it through our delivery app? Then call corporate because I’m not doing anything about it.” Throughout the call, I was trying to be really nice because I understand people are busy, but not once did I raise my voice or be rude back to him, aside from being stern toward the end. When I requested to speak to a general manager, he claimed to be the manager and continued his rude and unhelpful attitude, refusing to give his name and sarcastically stating his name was “Taco Bell.” Frustrated and realizing that he was going to continue to be rude and that this phone call was going nowhere, and I wasn’t going to just be yelled at, I hung up and contacted DoorDash again. They managed to secure a refund from upper management due to my history of orders and because they too received unhelpful and rude commentary from the store employee. As a manager in a local restaurant, I understand the challenges of the job, but the level of rudeness and dismissiveness I encountered is inexcusable. At no point was I offered an apology or any assistance. I will be reaching out to Taco Bell’s corporate office to address this issue. Overall, I would not recommend visiting the Taco Bell on Main Street in Longmont, especially during the night shift on Thursdays when this manager is working.

I got to the speaker and immediately got an attitude from the worker. While I was trying to say my order I kept getting interrupted while he was talking to his coworkers. I've worked at taco bell before so i know it's easy to mute the mic while talking to other people other than the customer. After all that happened he then tried to charge me for a large freeze just for a water. Finally got to the window he opened it then just walked away without a word. When I finally got home and unwrapped my food everything was half the portion it should've been. I called the store and asked to talk to the manager for a refund. He said I couldn't get a refund for the food unless I brought it back and I live 20 minutes away. I asked if I could bring in photos tomorrow but he said that wasn't good enough. He was very disrespectful when he was talking to me. Safe to say this taco bell is never getting my money again if they don't want to take care of their customers.

Service and quality is extremely inconsistent. 10% of the time it’s great, the other 90% however is terrible. Orders wrong, food terrible (it’s Taco Bell, expectations are never that high, but it’s bad when it’s bad). Orders constantly wrong. Even if they ask you if you want sauce, they won’t give it to you over half the time. This is my “burrito” which is just a rolled over tortilla with hardly anything in it. I much rather go to the location on Ken Pratt, but sometimes I just can’t get off work in time to make it there. This location only has my business out of unfortunate desperation.

If you could give negative stars, this would be the place to do it. I ordered online and not for the first time, you have to ask about your order before they even start it. I arrived 20 minutes after ordering online and for the second time in a row they hadn't started to make my order. English may be a problem. If you speak english this is not the place for you. If you ask any question...any question at all.. the answer is in broken english that you order on the screen behind you., even if you ask about the restroom The chances of your order being correct is almost 0 percent. If you put 2 orders with the same name, the chance of getting your second order is about 0 percent. Then when you ask where your second order is, they tell you in broken english that they already made it and gave it to you. By the time they figure out the english and recognize that you actually have another order, you have wasted at least 20 minutes. The drink machine has been broken for months because the roof leaks on it and the only place you can get a drink is from behind the counter. Good luck with that. At any given time there is an employee on the phone on speaker phone talking as loud as they can in spanish to someone else that is talking as loud as they can on the highest volume on their phone in the lobby. Again, if you speak english, this may not be the store for you. Thank you Taco Bell of Longmont on Main street for making me...

I'm not one to complain about food places often but something has to be said. But where to start? So placed a mobile app order thinking it'd make things move along a little quicker. Our second mistake. Show up to multiple cars waiting a while to order at speaker as expected on a Friday night. Cool. We finally get there after 10 minutes and spend our own 10 minutes waiting to hear something from the staff. Finally get to pull forward, wait a few minutes for other orders to be passed out and eventually get to the window. Phew. In the home stretch...wrong. Waited 20 or so minutes at the window waiting on 7 rather simple items! Craziness. Get home, anxious to eat, and man was it a mess. Sour cream was left out of everything that was supposed to have it. Ingredients were added to things where they weren't asked for. And substitutions were made in place of others that weren't mentioned. Not to forget though, the rice in a couple burritos was too hard to chew. Shell in the crunchwrap was like wet cardboard. I get short staffed and busy but there should be some sort of standard kept, no? Will make the longer drive from now on to avoid this dumpster fire. I suggest you do as well. (Choosing this Taco Bell was our first mistake if it hadn't been implied) all else following that was...
