I had some friends over a couple of weeks ago with our three toddlers and we decided to order delivery from the Noodles and Company app. When we received our order a regular size Mac and cheese was missing which was one of the meals ordered for the kids. I called and let them know about this mistake and they told me I could come in a pick it up for “free” even though it had already been paid for. What is more frustrating about this offer is that I already paid someone to deliver it to my home for the reason of not having to go pick it up myself. Why would I pay to have it delivered to then just head there myself to “right” their mistake? I told the girl on the phone I would just like a refund. She seemed slightly annoyed about this and got the manager on the phone. He answers with “What seems to be the issue?” as if I’m inconveniencing him. Again, I paid for a meal I did not receive through delivery, this is your issue. I ask to be refunded and he says I will need to contact Door Dash and take it up with them since I ordered through Door Dash. I inform him I did not order through Door Dash, I ordered through the app. He then says he will issue my refund no problem and says goodbye. The day goes by and I don’t see a refund so I call again. The girl answers again and immediately hands the phone to the manager who again answers “What seems to be the problem?” Such a strange way to answer the phone when you know the problem. I ask when I can expect my refund and he says by the end of the day and if not then, within the next couple of days. That has been over a week ago now and still no refund. I used to frequently order from this Noodles and it has slowly been going downhill. The food order is always wrong or missing something, our order took over an hour to get to us, and on top of it I can’t seem to simply get refunded for something I paid for and never received. I should not have to call a third time. I will be taking my business elsewhere...
Read moreWhen this place first opened...it was awesome! The portions were great! the good was great! and most important...the customer services was great!! Last month I was picking up a order. Which I thought if you do a pick up order you stand under the pick up sign. I was informed I was wrong and was told to go to the line. After standing in line I walked up to the cashier. He signed off. Walked off. One of the workers whom I am guessing is the manager, informed the cashier he needs to get back in line. Which he didnt, whispered to another worker. She walked up the cashier and asked if she could help me. The other cashier just stood still with his back towards us...weird. when I walked away after getting my food both cashiers were whispering and laughing at me when I walked off....than today....I was picking up my order. I informed the cashier I changed my mind on the drink and I would like to cancel. She sighed and said she needed to disturb their meeting. which i guess was the managers. I said never mind dont worry. She sighed again and through her arms up rolled her eyes and said my price out loud. I paid my order...asked for my drink...she pointed at the bag....the cup was in the bag. Why did i not think of that....she rolled her eyes and shook her head and walked off....im...
Read moreI went last thursday for lunch ... i try to go before or after the lunch rush mind you .... this most recent time like always i paid in advance .. I get there and tell them my name .. They hand me the bag and say cookie is there ok great :) get in my car and drive the 11 miles 1 way back to the office .. get to the office and there is no cookie .. call and tell the manage and he says i can come back and get it .. um no i have already wasted 22 miles in gas so he says he will mail me something for a free meal .. ok great thank you for owning up to your mistake . to make it worse the noodles we so over cooked they were no long wavy and tasted awful .. the chicken was over cooked with like black over cookedness all over my bowl .. i was going to let this go even tho this is the most inconstant Noodles i have even been to but it has been a week and no "free meal" postcard so i have decided to share this again awful experence. i love noodles but this location is the worst i have ever been too. not to mention i say a cashier day go from taking money to behind the kitchen making food rub his nose and then continue making food without ever washing his hands. i am beyond disgusted and annoyed with this location i will never...
