I have to say that my food was made correctly, it was hot and fresh and very good. I have worked in customer service for 25 years in both retail and food service and recieved several raises and awards for my customer service skills, not to sound conceited but I know good from bad in that department. The lack of it seems to be a huge problem in most establishment's these days. But the gentleman that greeted us at the window was very upbeat, friendly, and professional. He greeted us by name and did everything he should have and more. The others on duty appeared to be on task completely orders. I was personally very impressed by your team tonight and will be sharing my experience with others. I truly believe they should be recognized for this as it encourages the behaviour to never change. People are to quick to complain about bad experiences and not to applaud great ones. Read moreI ordered $86 worth of food (which is pretty normal these days) and was excited for a relaxing evening after a long day—pizza, a movie, and a birthday celebration!! I tracked my order online, saw that the pizza was marked as quality inspection, and waited. After some time, I called twice but got no answer. Ten minutes later, I decided to drive to the store. All of this over a span of an hour and a half.
When I arrived, the store was full of employees, yet no one greeted me. Finally, someone asked how they could help. I explained that I had ordered delivery, and the food shows to had been sitting for over an hour. Instead of apologizing, the employee said, 'Well, that’s a lie,' then walked to a rack by the window, magically found my pizza and wings and handed them to me..the boxes were cold & soggy.
There was no offer to remake the food, and when I asked for a price adjustment because I’m now carrying out, I was told it couldn’t be done because I had ordered online for delivery. Read moreWell after making a phone call bc we placed our order at 6:26pm and here it is 745pm and no pizza. We watched everything on the app to track the order and delivery. They only had 2 delivery drivers and they load them up and with 5 delivery. All well and good except we live right around the corner. So you go all the way to hwy 80 then reel rd then every other place. When I called to ask how it all works bc really the food will not be fresh if it is 1hr in route. She said they don't send the food out cold (well I know that) but an hour I'm a heat bag. Plus she kept interrupting me when I would try to explain the concerns for freshness like she did not care. Was happy to call the delivery driver to cancel but no other offer for customer satisfaction. Very disappointing!
