The drink I got was good, don’t recall the name but it was Tiger Milk tea boba or something. However, I accidentally told the server a different kind of drink when she asked what boba I wanted (my mistake, I didn’t realize I named another drink instantly of the type of boba) but she wasn’t very friendly about it and she said something along the lines of, “That’s a different drink what boba do you want” and she kind of looked at me like I was stupid and my sister ended up telling her the boba I meant to say because I didn’t remember the name of it. No one welcomed me in and I work at a place where customer service is very important, we welcome every customer in and acknowledge them. I gave the benefit of the doubt like maybe they didn’t see me come in but when I went up to order the woman taking the order continued her conversation with another coworker and finished it while I stood there. After she took my order, I gave her $8 when she told me my total was $6 and some cents. (again my bad I thought I only gave her $7) instead of her just saying I gave her a dollar extra she exclaimed, “Out of 8?” Not in a very nice tone. Kind of made me feel stupid for making a small mistake instead of her just giving me the dollar back. I don’t usually give low reviews but customer service there needs to be worked on a lot. Sometimes customers don’t always know everything and the workers there should be aware of that and provide a welcoming and friendly environment and also an environment where people don’t feel like they’re stupid. I work very hard at my job and give a lot of good energy even on days I don’t necessarily want to work and I honestly expect the same from other...

If your looking for a better option than Starbucks, go to Evergreen Coffee & Desert off Gilmer Road in Longview. No long line wrapped around the building to wait in. I got a delicious Frappuccino with hazelnut flavor and two cups of banana pudding. The Frappuccino was delicious and sweet and the banana pudding was off the chain. It had cookies and bananas in it and I was very surprised to find it at a coffee shop made to perfection. All three ladies were attentive to me and filled my order with fast and friendly service. It was my first visit and I had alot of questions. My daughter loved the banana pudding also and we will be going back for more. Go support this small business to ensure they are here for a long time and open more locations....

Great place. Fun options. Occasionally inconsistent drinks but basically always really good. I wish the rewards system was a little easier to use for someone like me to will order ahead and pick up quick on my way somewhere. I have probably 6 free drinks but have to stop there and order in person to use it. I'm happy to have a reward but wish it fit the normal way I use the pick up order options. Love this place though, they always have fun flavor combo ideas and fresh coffee. Boba too has always been good, none of that cheap flavoring stuff I've had elsewhere. Milk free options too! Desserts have always been lovely but we usually go for drinks that please even the pickiest family members...
