Whataburger — Restaurant in Longview

Cashier was rude. When my wife mentioned that she was undecided he just started going down the menu naming thing off.

I witnessed the manager/person in charge (male) following a female employee out of the kitchen and to the woman's restroom and confront her about something.

The cashier lied about my order saying I asked for take-out when I intended to dine in. I was never asked.

It took 22 minutes to get my food.

My son's burger was wrong, had to wait for it to be made correctly.

When the cashier brought my food out he never offered Napkins or ketchup. It was only my 4th visit, but I expected him to bring out a tray with ketchup and Napkins like they had done on my previous visits. And no, it isn't because they were busy, because they weren't.

The cashier had a couple of friends show up that never ordered. They were there meeting someone that was supposed to bring them something. The cashier was playing middle man. He, during this time, proved to be disrespectful. I think I heard every curse word by that point, even from the kitchen where the supposed manager was. One of the cashiers friends had a vape pen the he kept using in the store.

The cashier ended up on the frier a one point. I witnessed him feeding the frier with his gloved hands.....except he stopped, with his hand full of fries, to pull out his phone and fiddle-f##k with it. Probably to contact his other friend meeting with the individuals already at the store.

These are only a few things that I witnessed. The I could go on, but why? Needless to say, I will never go back to...

I ordered through the Whataburger app was charged $23.43 for a meal that was never delivered to my address so I contacted Whataburger customer care to let them know hey your delivery person never delivered my order the gentleman I spoke to at Whataburger customer care over the phone said we’re sorry about our error. We will refund you. can you give us the order number and the details so I did showed proof of my order showed proof of what was debited from my bank account and then they contacted the store. The store told them that my order was delivered in the prompt amount of time the order was never delivered to my address, am not responsible that their delivery person does not know the street and obviously brought my order to the wrong address, and the store is claiming denial on refunding my money, even though they made the error. To me that is theft! I will never do business with them again. I have contacted my bank to dispute the charge being as though they never provided service The corporate customer care was willing to refund my money and after they talk to the store, I received an email stating that the delivery was on time maybe it was but it was never delivered to the correct address. Therefore I feel like the store should’ve refunded my money now I just contacted my bank for...

My burger ( Patty melt ) wasnt cooked all the way but I ate half of it already before realizing it. We called and the lady had the nerve of asking would I like another one , we KINDLY declined and asked for a full refund of $15.00( patty melt amd more) and she insisted that she wasn't able to.. but by placing us on hold for 3 seconds she came back and said she finally could and said that it would take 24 hours before it gets posted but it would show pending in my account. When I checked my account it showed that the full refund was cancelled and then it showed a pending balance of $8.00 which means I was only refunded back just the burger itself and that is not what we asked for. I am very upset not about the money but the fact that my food wasnt cooked and I now have food poisoning! I waited in line at the drive thru for 30 mins and im at the window! So there's is no reason my food shouldn't been cooked all the way. The reason your customer service is poor is because you failed to handle a serious complaint where you know YOU were in the wrong . Yes my life is worth more than $15 but you all could've atleast handled that. Very displeased upset and will definitely follow up with it. I will no longer eat here and definitely do not recommen...
