Asian markets are sparce in the East. But this place is definitely what I needed. Filipino owned, produce is refrigerated (all the green veg was for the most part) The ladies were great and answered all my questions even provided recipe ideas. I needed this place right now, missing the comforts of Los Angeles. Filipinos are some of the most welcoming people you will come across. They had fresh and frozen produce. Sari Sari type store on steroids, with a diverse selection of East Asian eats. I also found out the owner owns Bubblys in the Longview Mall. Absolute Gold! As a Filipino American I felt the comradery from each person I met today. From fruit to bitter melon leaves to noodles for East Asian dishes, Oyster sauce, fish sauce, soy sauce dried fish, squid if you do not find it Herr I would be surprised. Absolutely my FAVORITE place to purchase any and all Asian food products! I've been a faithful customer since the first day they opened their doors and I continue to be amazed at how much they've grown and how much they continue to expand. The owner has been so kind and thoughtful. He let me request several products they didn't have available in their "early days" but have regularly on their shelves now! This is a small place that caters to the small Asian community in the surrounding area. It tries very hard to provide asian delicacies as well as the staples.
