Iāve been going to Jackās for a very long time starting with the Judson Rd. location. I was so excited about the brand new store! I have been in a few times and figured since it was new and most are new employees it would be Jackās again before long. I hate to say it but itās not nothing like Jackās was. The customer service is like going into McDonaldās. I can get that anywhere. I donāt mean that ugly but itās just fast food service. You never realize what relationships mean until they are gone. The āJackāsā employees made It very special, they genuinely wanted to serve you and get to know you. You werenāt just #39! There was interaction. I miss that! I thought I went to Jackās for supplements & food but I can buy that online. I canāt buy what Jackās had before. I can get my supplements and food somewhere else but I refused to buy elsewhere before because of the employees. Donāt get me wrong I love to see the few that are still there but my interactions are mostly at the food. Goodbye Jasonās, Amazon here I come!

Ā Ā Ā Read moreTerrible service at the new location. We put in our order for two sandwiches and weāre told it was a 25 minute wait. This was fine with us as we wanted to walk around the new store. 45 minutes later we were trying to be understanding and stood near the bar waiting for our food. The store was NOT busy. Many employees stared at us and no one asked what we were waiting on or checked on us. Again, there were very few people in the store. We go to the register and politely ask if the food is ready. The girl who took our order initially went into the back and determined there was a printer malfunction and our order was not made. Mind you she is writing down our order for the second time and goes to the back to get our food made. No refund was offered, no discount, no manager on scene. We are SO disappointed in this small business. It took a hour and 10 minutes for two sandwiches to be made....

I always love this place - great food on the restaurant side, and exactly what I need in the store side! Love their new location - can I get an AMEN to the better location especially parking?! Anyway⦠I wanted to compliment the great service I received. First I was helped at the register in the restaurant by the sweetest young lady with pink braids - Breezy! She was super friendly, smiled and made me feel so welcome. Next I was helped in the store by Dulce. She, too, was very friendly. What a difference it makes in a personās day to come across such friendly people who made me feel welcome and valued as a customer! Breezy even later said goodbye to me by name once I was leaving the store! Itās easy to complain about poor service, but itās imperative we thank and recognize outstanding...
