Absolutely terrible!! No customer service whatsoever, this was my FIRST and LAST visit!! I pulled up and ask how many shots of espresso a regular size latte has. I was told it had 1 shot. So I ordered that and 1 other coffee. After receiving and tasting my coffee I can confirm it had either 2 EXTREMELY strong shots or 3 at least! I go up to the window to ask if I can get one made with only 1 shot because it was too strong for me. I am told I will have to pay even tho I hadn't drank more then 1 sip of my latte. I was then told, “if the girl working outside said it had 1 shot of espresso, I can make a new one that isn’t as strong.” The guy then went and asked another girl how many shots a regular latte has. She then confirmed it had 2 shots of espresso. The guy started walking back to the window, when the manager stopped him and said, “an espresso is measured by ounces and NOT shots!” I said, “I did not order an espresso, i ordered a latte off y’all’s menu and I did not add any more espresso then what y’all advertised it with.” So I'm then ask, “how many ounces of espresso do you drink?” I was like, “I don’t know! I never order straight espresso.” The manager then said, “well for your latte, it only has 1shot!” I was like, “I literally just heard your employee say it had 2.” The manager started to debate with me on how many ounces an espresso shot has. I was like, “Look i really don’t care about how many ounces are in an espresso, could I just please have a lighter latte?” The manager said, “No! We can’t make you another drink! You shouldn’t have ordered something that you didn’t want! If you want something else, you’ll have to pay full price for it!!” So instead of simply making me another drink, they sit there DEBATING FREAKING OUNCES WITH ME?? I said I wasn't sure and they basically argued with me now saying it has just 1 even tho the other girl already said it had 2. So bottom line they refused to make me another drink that was less strong and said if I wanted another drink I would have to pay FULL PRICE!! For a local coffee place to charge almost 7 dollars for a regular sized drink and then refuse to remake a drink because I was given incorrect information is absolutely RIDICULOUS!! Read moreI have been here countless times and love their Chi Tea. Today of all days, I decided to switch up and order something different, boy did I make a huge mistake! Meanwhile, I ordered a Yukon iced which was recommended by the young lady taking the order. She recommended this drink because it was less sweetened and failed to inform me it was “Strong.” I trusted her judgement and ordered this drink and slowly drive around to the front of the coffee shop. I saw the young lady who took my order and motioned for her and she yells I’m off the clock… sorry! Ok, no biggie! I drive back around to drive-thru and tell another young lady that I was unsatisfied with the drink and could I order something else. She says “you would have to pay for another drink but I will go talk to management.” I waited about 5 minutes and the manager comes out and says we gave you what you ordered and we can’t help that you’re unsatisfied but you can purchase another drink of your choice…. I politely explained, I was unaware of how strong the drink was and I have a caffeine sensitivity to strong coffee. He continues to say your welcome to purchase another drink and no refund are given. How can you not accommodate your customer? I didn’t ask for a Free Drink I actually paid but was unsatisfied! I told him, you know what just keep the $6 because you need it more than I do! Read moreIt’s freezing outside and I ordered a coffee and I did not specify hot or cold thinking it’s going to be hot. They hand me an ice coffee and I kindly said oh no I prefer hot. She takes with no apology goes and complain to her boss. I can read lips very well. No apology for misunderstanding or not specifying absolutely no contact at all. Then I got the attention of another young lady and told her hey I’ll go head purchase the cold one as well and give it to my daughter. She goes to her manager and I’m reading lips and body language very well and would like to take the cold drink as well. And he says she has to pay for it and shrugs his shoulders. She comes out and say oh you have to pay it. YES people let me purchase the other coffee ! The half communication was it for me. Sucks cause today I said I’m going to support local business and this is going to be my spot. And see ownership don’t respond to any complaints or great reviews. That means this business is clickish.
