This is such a nice attraction to the area that was very overdue. Now I will say that the initial experience didn't start out great. With it being a fairly new attraction, the staff is going to be overwhelmed. Servers assuring each floor is taken care of and getting the orders and food out was definitely tight. I say that because I arrived at 8:15 and was notified that the kitchen shutdown at 9 and only the Starters are served from that point. However, the owner stated that he changed his mind and will keep the kitchen full menu until 10. So of course, I still wanted to have my tables' orders placed even though we were waiting to be seated (wait told 1hr to hr 1/2). I didn't want the kitchen getting slammed with an order at the last minute. So after waiting until 9 pm I stated that I wanted to place the order ahead of time, still being told kitchen was serving until 10 pm, I was then told that we could proceed in being seated. Once finally being seated on the 3rd floor, I proceeded to place the orders as the hostess was aware that the owner stated 10 but had changed it back to 9 pm. I was very confused and concerned since I had been waiting patiently until being seated to place our orders. Once seated and attempting to place the order from the full menu, the waitress states that only the Starters were being sold because the kitchen shutdown the full menu at 9. I of course repeated what the owner stated to the downstairs staff. The waitress was confused and followed up with another manager, Eric, which then came to let me know that we would be taken care of but the kitchen did shutdown at 9 pm. I explained the wait and what was stated by the owner. Eric took matters into his own hands and asked for my party to return to experience the full menu. He was very understanding and went over and beyond to accommodate the miscommunication and disorder that took place. That speaks volumes as a new up and running business to take the time to understand and speak with confidence that it would definitely be worth returning. Well is was! We returned and the service was amazing! Eric took care of us from the beginning to the end. The atmosphere was amazing! We loved the food and drinks as well. I was only able to get a picture of my order and drinks. I had the Queso Catfish, which was very different but flavorful. The drinks were a Moscow Mule and a Berry Mashup-(don't quote me on the exact name because its not on the menu). When the server brought the food out he had no idea what each meal was. The menu is not very descriptive. The $$ for the amount of food definitely did not add up. Cargo burger was dry with just cheese and onions, also not cooked all the way. The pizza still had raw dough, steaks were cooked well done and very dry. But were ordered medium rare. The catfish was over cooked and very fatty. Street tacos were a joke. Took almost 30mins to get 1 beer. We Had no napkins and had to go over to the bar several times to get more. Also took 1hr and 15mins to get our food which was brought out 1 plate at a time. And ended up getting part of someone else's order. When bill time came waiter had beers on other people's bills that didn't even drink. Definitely need some new management and a lot of improvement. Over all was not a good experience. It started off with trying to order certain alcoholic beverages from the menu but that drink was only accessible at the second level bar. That bar was closed for the evening, not sure if that is normal for a Saturday night or that the private party that had the room and special beverage bar rented out for the evening was a cause for the early closing.
