We normally LOVE this location, as with all of the CFA locations we visit. The last time we visited something was going on with the clerks in the drive through. We were following the vehicles in front of us like we always do, the car in front of me & behind me both went to the right and I stayed to the left. As we were driving up, I kept noticing the clerk to our right was going from vehicle to vehicle, but the clerk on our side had gone inside as we pulled up to the beginning of the drive through. We tried to get the clerk's attention, but she just kept going on the right. We kept the line moving by pulling up, and another clerk from the right came up to the vehicle behind us and started taking her order & proceeded to the 3 cars behind her. Once she came up beside our window, I rolled it down to tell her our order, but she just walked inside the store. We FINALLY got the clerk's attention beside us in the right and she was confused, but came over to take our order. 4 cars pulled ahead of us at this point, so when we got up to the cash stand, the lady told us what our total was, and I told her that was higher than what the clerk said. She called out my name which coincidentally was correct, it was just the wrong vehicle. So she scrolled down 7 vehicles to find my name and gave me my total. We made it 2 cars behind the window and they brought us our meal. They also brought the vehicle behind us their meal and as she was trying to leave the line, she nearly took out 3 cars including mine because there wasn't enough room for her suburban to go over into the other lane to pull around everyone. We started moving forward and she finally got her vehicle back in line to leave. All of the confusion would've been avoided had the one clerk just not left her post, or communicated with other clerks...
Read moreMe and my family visited this Chick-Fil-A in the drive thru. My kid was sick, hadn't eaten all day and decided she wanted to eat some waffle fries. We pulled through and they were not even that busy but it still took almost 20 minutes. Every employ I encountered was not friendly and just did not seem happy to be there. We did not have a large order at all. We finally got the food but had to leave before I could check it because I got a call about a family emergency. As I am not even 5 minutes down the road, I am handing out the food and the waffle fries were cold and there was a hair in the bag. Not only that, but we had ordered a 12 count nugget and paid for that size but only received an 8 count and also did not get any of our sauces. I tried contacting the restaurant about these issues but never received a response. I have never had a bad experience with a Chick-Fil-A before this and as a former Team Leader at a Chick-Fil-A this was not the kind of service I was expecting at all! Very Disappointed! 3/26/24 addendum I wrote to customer service: I am coming less and less. I have pictures of a thin, dry sandwich on a reduced size 3 1/2 inch bun. I decided to eat chips and dips instead. From one business owner to the next I have a question: First the ice cream and now your feature item...the thingon which you built your company. How long will it be before your "faithful" customers become not so faithful? This is really pathetic. Fix this. Don't just get progressively worse listening to upper management on how to increase your profit margin. I'm here to tell you they are leading you in the wrong direction.
