They never answer their phone for call ahead ordering and always try to refuse any special ordering requests and no matter how busy they are the wait time given is 30+ minutes. The most likely problem is that they are severely understaffed, improperly trained likely underpaid and in desperate need of competent management if this was my store I’d have mandatory retraining of all employees and mandatory effective management classes for my managers as well as mandatory supervisors classes for all shift leads. I order from this papa murphys regularly as it's closest to my house, but the service has steadily been getting worse. Today I called in my order, the lady who picked up the phone would not repeat my order back to me, or even respond to the questions I asked her. After just taking it for what it was assuming my order was placed and she was just having a bad day, when my husband went to pick it up they said the order wasn't there at all. i had been going to this branch of papa murphys because they offer drive through service. however i was refused this time and was told the drive through was only for those who order via a call or online. he did not take my order even though nobody was in front nor behind me and could very easily done so. instead of taking my order he said i could come in. i appreciate the drive through for another convenience the virus going around. needless to say i did not go in and doubt i will ever return to that branch ever again. if i could have given 0 stars i would have due to this awful...
