I have been ordering from this Dominos off and on for around 6 years now. Recently we made an order for pickup. And granted I did not check my box before leaving. They brought out the totally wrong order. I didn't find out till I got home. They did the right thing and credited my account. I called for delivery the second time and they sent 1 thin crust pepperoni and 1 handtossed with mushroom and sandwich but no Alfredo bowl.. (it was supposed to be 1 thin crust black olive,, pineapple and mushroom, 1 handtossed cheese, 1 cheese steak sub with mushrooms and American cheese,, and one Alfredo pan. 2nd time ordering the very same order they got wrong before..)order credited to account again. We called again last week, and they sent the right sandwich but no meat on sandwich. Just cheese and mushrooms, which I requested as add on to a cheese steak sub and 2 totally wrong pizzas again but they got the Alfredo pan right. Once again. They credited the order. Today we called and ordered different thinking they just can't seem to get that order right. And we paid with our own money. Rather than use the credit. We ordered 1 handtoss with mushroom and pineapple, 1 Philly cheese steak with no onions or peppers. 1 chocolate lava cakes and 1 Alfredo pan. And guess what? for the fourth time I got. 1 handtossed 1/2 Cheese, 1/2 mushroom, sandwich was right, lava cakes were right. Alfredo came in a bread bowl. Not a pan. Guys. This is ridiculous. Something has to be done about quality control. I am beginning to think it is being done as a joke or something. Bug just shoveling any food out the door to a customer who didn't order it and expect them to not complain no matter how many times you credit the order. If its not right. It is not what I'm craving. Tighten up. I give you 2 stars because your staff is nice and good hearted people. Just seem to be to busy to check the orders. Before going out. I am sorry I had to put all this in a review. But your employees need to understand the seriousness of not caring. And when I tried to call and complain for the 4th time. The phone just wrong and wrong and rang. I ended up hanging up and writing this review. I have a picture of the receipt on the order not matching up. But no where to post it here. Please have your manager contact me so I can...
Read moreTo the previous comment... Bryon... Messing up a pizza happens. This store happens to have alot of pressure on their labor usage so they never really have enough staff to make things run as efficiently as possible. And that is the owners fault. But when it is really busy, and they are 24 orders down with one or two people handling the phones, putting stickers on pizza, making your pizza, catching the ovens, and dispatching the drivers, sometimes mistakes are made. Im not saying you shouldnt call back and explain that it was messed up, if it is there fault, they will give you a refund, credit, or remake your order. But you do not have to be rude. What i don't think you understand is these people do a lot of work ,are under a lot of pressure from the owners and are very under paid. The staff is generally really nice and understanding about customers who are upset about their orders being messed up or late. But the minute you are rude or mean, the minute you lose any sort of respect or courtesy from them. They are not paid enough to take your bullshit over a pizza. They are all paid minimum wage, and half of the when they are on the road delivering. That delivery charge, the 2.69 dose not go to the drivers in anyway. That cost is racked up as a sales cost, there is no explanation for it. It actually cost the owners less to have their employees deliver a pizza then it dose to have a customer pick it up. And they make a butt load off of the sales as well as the money saving ploys they use to trick the divers and the customers. SO when you get your pizza and it isn't right, i want you to think about the last time you worked a minimum wage service industry job, and just be nice. They will give you what you want if you...
Read moreI just placed an order for curbside. I ordered it online and my husband picked it up. He brought my two daughters along because I was working and it’s hard to take them both in and out as one is handicap so curbside is the best option. I do not get off of work until 5 hours from now. 10pm. I placed my order at 4:45pm. You do the math. My husband gets more and I ask where the other pizza is and the icing for the cinnamon sticks. We were missing both, ok let me call. I call dominos and ask if I can get a refund for the missing items as we cannot make it back up over 20 minutes away to pick up a pizza that should have been brought out to begin with. This is not my fault nor my husbands fault but the fault of whatever employee packaged and brought of the food. The employee over the phone advised me that I can get a “credit to my account” but no refund. What is a credit going to do? I don’t want pizza from your establishment anymore. I still don’t see a credit to my account. I asked if I can get it delivered to me in which he very rudely told me no. Poor customer service, no empathy, and poor management. I will be writing corporate as well as CFBP once I’m done with this review. I called at 5:14pm on 8/30/23 so whatever employee that was, needs to learn how to treat customers. Extremely rude. I’ll get my money back from my bank. This is frustrating. Drive 20 minutes for a cold pizza? No thank you. Get it right next time. Hire new employees who understand customer service. My business orders all the time from your establishment,...
