After a long week and a long Friday afternoon from running around doing errands. I was in the area of Winter Springs and I had to go Casselberry to pick up soup for my wife who has surgery. My daughter, keeps our tradition alive for pizza Friday’s , So I looked around to see what was in the area, and Doughboyz popped up as a new location in the Longwood area. So I called placed an order, I could tell they were very busy as I was placed on hold, not for long, the young lady, took the order, told me it was gonna be 45 minutes to an hour, and that was OK as I had other things to do before picking up the pizzas. When I arrived, it wasn’t ready yet, but they insured it would be ready within 10 to 15 minutes, In some weird way, I love when this happens, because I love to see how restaurants adapt to when they’re under pressure as I could tell that they had tons of orders to knock out. The young lady and young men and the folks in kitchen were in constant communication with everyone who was waiting for their food, keeping them engaged and letting them know on the timeline. That for me speaks volume and shows that they care about the level of Customer Service they want to provide. So for customer service, I will give them a 10 out of 10. Now, onto the pizza that was amazing and one of the best pizzas I’ve had in a long time, this is a special gem in Longwood!! I ordered A large cheese, a small à la vodka, pizza, and garlic knots. Truly amazing, the sauce was perfect, my only mistake is that I should’ve ordered extra cheese on my pizza as that’s how I get it when I order it from anywhere, but other than that, it was awesome. I pray for this place to have continued success and may our God continue to bless the people working here. So glad this place is not far for us, as I live in Lake Mary Heathrow and I will be visiting here...

I've reviewed the other location and the 3 or 4 times we've been, or ordered it's ALWAYS been consistent and on par to amazing from customer service to pizza.
At the new location I'm struggling. I ordered a large pizza and added pepperoni and between pizza, tax and tip was slightly over $30. This is expected but my pizza breading was sooooo soft. It was not necessarily undercooked but I don't feel it was either cooked evenly or maybe just needed a bit more. If you picked up slice everything dropped and the dough was soft and soggy is the best way to describe it.
For $30 I wouldn't expect that. It was a quieter evening (Sunday night) so it wasn't even that maybe they were super busy. I think it's simply that it either didn't cook long enough or something unevenly cooked. 🤷♀️ I've had their pizza several times at the other location and I just can't say that this location has it down pat yet .
As far as customer service, of course fantastic!
I just can't rate a 5 like the oviedo location if im not going to get a delicious pizza dough base which sounds silly but it's pizza , that's a huge part of it lol
Slightly disappointed because this location is so much closer too but I might just have to make trips to the...

Quality-wise, I would say it's similar to but a little better than Papa John's (which is the one chain I can't stand to eat at). Topping distribution is half-assed at best. It was as if someone threw the toppings at it to see what sticks, and whatever landed is what they went with.
We ordered a side of broccoli with our pizza just so we could have a green vegetable. It was 7 dollars. We thought that would be reasonable and we would get a decent portion. It was 9 florets. That's almost a dollar per floret! I wanted to drop the score to a 2 from this alone, but I know people aren't reading pizza reviews for broccoli. I felt like I was robbed. They weren't even that good. All garlic and no salt or acid added. I would stay away from their sides.
While we're on non-pizza related topics, when I walked in to pick up my order they had music blasting like it was a night club. I couldn't hear myself think. I guess that's fine if they want to work like that, but if your customers don't like your music then it's a little rude. I'm shocked anyone could get work done like that.
What a strange place. I won't...
