Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Longwood

Worst. Customer. Service. EVER! I ordered three pizzas, an order of crazy bread and Twix Brownies on Saturday, August 13, 2022. I picked up the food on time - no problem. However, when I got home, I realized that I didn't have the brownies. I called the store and asked them to refund the money onto my credit card. The young lady I first spoke with said that they didn't actually have the brownies at all and that's why I didn't get them. However, she said that I needed to come back to the store with a ticket from one of the pizza boxes to get the refund - $3.89. I told her that it takes me 15 minutes to get to the store one way. She said that she would ask the manager if they could just refund the money. So, the manager got on the phone and looked up my order. He could see that I ordered the brownies. He then told me that it was MY fault that I didn't check the order before I left the store. Had I simply checked, the manager said, then I could have asked one of their employees and they would have informed me that the brownies were out of stock. Then, they could have refunded the money at that point. I asked him why they charged me in the first place for an item that was out of stock and why they didn't simply remove the item from my order instead of charging me for it? He didn't answer but just kept talking over me. I asked him for his name and he refused to give it. He then said "Have a nice day" and hung up on me. I called ahead to order pizza, because they very rarely have pizzas hot and ready, and I was in a hurry to pick up Kids after school. I decided that I’d get a Supreme, since the kids would eat all the pepperoni and a breadstick Combo. I was told a time the pizza would be done, which made it perfect timing. Once I arrived I was told it would be a few minutes. No problem, until 6 min went by and I was told my pizza was made in correctly and had to be remade. This took another 13 min. Now I’m running late for picking up another child. I asked if they could compensate me for my time and hassle. The manager gave me breadsticks and sauce, as she continues to explain how her employees would of given me a burnt pizza, which would have been worse. WHAT? Do your employees not know how to make pizza?!?! They work at Little Caesars home of the hot n ready! Geez I get the pizza home. My pepperoni pizza barely has any cheese and it is burnt. Might want to have checked that prior to leaving. Ugh. However, I was in a hurry. The breadsticks were dry and hard. An all around bad experience from a well known pizza establishment. Typically I go to pizza parlors but when I am in a hurry and want good pizza I go to Little Caesars!! Sucks because there aren’t many locations near me and when I decide to get it, I am actually excited to eat it. Not Today. The pizza wasn’t even properly cut. It’s like seriously how do you mess up Pizza?? I won’t be going back to that location again...

I am not usually one to complain when something is not totally exact on what I ordered unless I was over charged or allergic to the food I receive. Two weeks ago we stopped at this little caesars location and ordered the large extra most best pepperoni pizza with sausage added.

The total came to about $13.00 and change. The pizza box was boiling hot temperature and a very nice heaviness to the box also so we looked forward to the revealing when we finally got home.

We got comfortable and opened the pizza box to see a totally pepperoni filled pizza with added sausage the pizza was amazing and was definitely worth the choice to purchase.

So as you can imagine our shock to us stopping in today to purchase another extra most best pepperoni pizza (without sausage) this time the box was luke warm and certainly not the temperature as it was the last time.

We drove home opened the box and it was night and day in the quality of the pizza this had the lightest amount of pepperoni I have ever seen on a pizza and barely a good amount of cheese .

I don't know why this pizza wasn't full of toppings like the last one or extra hot like the last.

I don't know who dropped the ball but this was a complete disappointment and not worth the money like we got during our first visit.

I hope in a future visit we can receive a better...
